This place is theonly place I go to to get lumber for my semitrailers and pickup truck trailers. The salespeople are awesome at measuring and picking wood pieces that would fill the deck and minimize waste. They donot oversell you and the service is amazing.

RUDE!!!!! Woman answered the phone assumed why I called and cut me off from speaking to tell me to call back after the weekend. After telling her I was calling for a different matter all together, she transferred me to ANOTHER RUDE person named Rogan. Rogan was so inconvenienced to speak with me that he was condescending, short, and quick to get me off the phone.Absolutely unacceptable.

The sales reps have no business being in customer service. The are the most rudest individuals I have ever done business with. They will treat you like garbage if you question pricing. We have since taken our business to Great Northern Lumber. Friendly staff, very professional and their prices are very reasonable.

Incredibly rude employees with foul mouths and unprofessionally obnoxious behavior. There are plenty of other places around to buy building supplies, all of which are better than this awful place.

Called to inquire about options and pricing on Hickory. Due to my current low volume request, I was immediately hung up on without any explanation or information on required minimums. Yes, hung up on.... Terrible customer service and small business support.
