What has to be one of the oldest lumber yards in Chicago its a gem. You remember what good service used to be like well go to McGuire and experience that feeling again.

Need finishing trim, building materials and lumber? This West side treasure Western Lumber Co. is a stone throw away. Wishing I would have found this earlier when needing kitchen and bath supplies. They stock just the right amount of do it yourself and finish the project without running to a big box stores. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and plenty of parking.

This place has everything i need. Neighborhood feel and they even help load your truck...

Real lumber yard throw back to the time when lumberyard sold lumber and things to build with and people behind the desk know there products. not cheese curds and dog toys and young punks tellin you this is not my department go here buy lumber. They have fire treated also

These are good people, helped me out huge in pinch and I will buy my wood from there in future. I just need a few rips on a table saw and no big box would help me out.
