Menards prices are the lowest. The store is super clean. I love the staff at my Battle Creek Michigan store:. Jean, Alex, Dave,. The store managers are easy to spot and available to help me locate items I have not bought before. ITs Great to get my rebates in the mail instead just bills. It is my favorite store.

This Hidden Menards Is Great. It Is Very Well Organized. Workers were kind and helpful. Everything is well stocked. It Is A Bit Smaller Than The One On North Ave, However It Is Just As Great. They Had Plenty Of Cashiers Also.Thank You Menards.

Brought in a well used, no longer working, 6 month old polisher. I was expecting a repair service to be done. With my receipt, I was given a new one off the shelf. Out with the old, in with the new.

Prices beat Home Depot anytime if it has the same item, or it just carries a similar product which is better both in quality and price. However still, if its cheap, you know the saying, you get what you pay for.

This Menards location is wonderful. Every time Ive gone there, I encounter helpful, knowledgeable employees. I had a question about paint, the associate in the paint department answered my question and gave me a great recommendation. I had a question about wood staining, the employee stocking also gave great advice about the stain and treatment afterward. I had an issue with a return, customer service took care of it right away.Please never go to Home Depot again, Menards is where its at.

Ladies be prepared because any lumber or like purchases you have to go in the yard and find them for yourself. SMH I thought they would at least have someone helping you. Nope.

Menards is such an odd place. Like if a Dollar Tree and a Lowes had a baby. Need 50 sq/ft of vinyl flooring, cat food, pens, and some Little Debbie snack cakes? Head to Menards.Really clean and bright at this location, cashier was super nice. Thanks!!

I was only in their garden shop but they had everything I needed and they had the best prices in town. The little boxes of flowers that were $3.99 everywhere else were $2.99 or $199 over at Menards. The staff was very friendly and helped me get everything out to my car and I saved about 30%

I don’t get the rave reviews on this place. Decent selection and variety of prices but they make EVERYTHING harder than their competitors. No curbside pickup. Online orders back of the store or drive around and go thru a security process to get to a pickup door. Trucks parked in the way when you finally get there. What a hassle for a freaking 70 dollar ceiling fan!

Tank It Easy is an amazing saltwater aquarium store. there are some freshwater tropicals however the real show is the vast array of saltwater fish and fauna.

Very poor service with false advertisement price. Spoke with multiple people about the mislabeled prices and got an apology with its a large section to manage from the manager. Very dissapointed.

I always thought Menards was for old people buying bird seed, and new linoleum flooring. I have discovered I LOVE Menards, i could spend all day just looking around, and buying stuff I didnt know I even needed. The Home Depot and Lowes have the brand name tools, but Menards has allot of surprises, a broader inventory, and decent prices on the smaller things that always unexpectedly kill a budget.

I always have a great time when I visit menards its my toy store although menards has more than just power tools their employees are very polite and friendly helpful representatives of menards

The store was clean and organized, I found a great deal on outdoor seating! I definitely have to come back and check out more of their products. The home department is a must to look at. They have more plants and flowers outside but its gated. The cashier was friendly and there was no line. Theres a free parking lot and public restrooms.

Eerie. Only 1 register open. Inventory not the same. This used to be my go-to Menards before the North Avenue location opened, but after today I dont miss it. Did buy a bag of salt, but the ambience was sad and lonely. Hopefully its just pandemic blues. Normally I prefer Menards over Home Depot, but not today.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to return a vacuum I had recently called to order over the phone through the general manager. I was treated by 2 employees as if I was trying to scam something. They couldn’t figure out the receipt i was emailed, their printer was t working, and they were awful at their job. All I did was question their 25% restock fee and the $100 delivery fee. Clearly the employees at this Menards hate their jobs. From management to floor employees, they need to work on customer service. Jerks.

It was a very pleasant experience as always. Employees were nice and helpful and they had the best prices . I was in and out with my purchases. That was great.

I have become a big fan of Menards. First, there are always several, helpful team members present at the stores. Ive never had to wander the aisles endlessly trying to find a team member for assistance. I love the Clybourn location. Their inventory is always well stocked.

Menards is my first store that I usually go to for anything like hardware and so much more. It has a lot of items that are not related to hardware or other products to fix the home. Products like (items for the current holiday or season, things for pets, some food items, items for personal use, etc.) Currently they are running the brown bag sale, 15% off everything that will fit in the bag. (1-3-21 to 1-13-21) Menards has so much to choose from, you wont walk away empty handed.

I recently purchased butcher block countertops from Menards. They had the best price out of all big box stores and the quality is terrific! The staff is great too- theyre proactively helpful and very polite. Ill definitely be visiting Menards again for future lumber needs.

The place is huge, but the staff at this location is courteous and friendly, and the bulk ofnthe experience there is interacring with them. It has all basic needs except for print copy papers, but thats because it is a seasonal thing only, so be sure to check their main site to see whats in stock this time around. Best place to find all tools and kits for your project making needs.

We were in over the weekend and worked with a very helpful associate in the flooring department, Bobby. He was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly.

Menards @ 2601 N. Clybourn in Chicago is my hero of the week. My brother has End Stage Lung Cancer and he has a lot of back and tush pain when he sits for long periods. His recliner no longer gives him support and cushion, so today my husband and I set out in search of a pillow(s) to make him more comfortable. We searched high and low for the elusive extra support plus soft cushions. Also the cushion needed to be stain and waterproof. We decided to go to Menards first. After we walked around this gigantic but fun store, we stopped an employee and asked him where cushions were and he directed us to them. Then while looking at the pillows and various cushions and becoming discouraged, a female employee (or we think it was) overheard us and said, why not try looking at lawn furniture cushions? Well, we found a cushion, it fits a outdoor setee as opposed to a lawn chair, it fits his recliner perfectly. And when he read it was easy to clean, stain and waterproof he used his little bit of strength to yell: YES!!!. Then he sat in it, gave a huge sigh of comfort and relief and promptly slipped into a nap. Thank you Menards for having pleasant and courteous staff and customers. And odd shaped cushions for outdoor furniture and cushions.Karen E M.

Place is awesome. They got the item I need not like HomeDepot.

Seems to be 50 employees working but very few helping customers. Most only have a clue what the store has if its in their specific department. Paint department is always helpful but customer service is a mess with 6 people standing around with 1 working and lines forming.

The store inventory is ok just depends on what your looking to buy at the time. The on-site quantity can be off at times and not match what the web numbers say so be fire warned and call ahead if possible. The staff can be a bit non Customer service friendly but you can move around that. You might find 1 that actually enjoys helping you and perform thier job well.

I love Menards, but I do have one complaint. In normal times I wouldnt mind spending a lot of time in the store, however, in corona times, I would like to be able to find what I need and get out as quickly as possible, but there are always one or two items that seem to take me forever to find (occasionally even when I ask). It would really be nice if they could get aisle locations of products in their app.

Went looking for a battery and recharger for a cordless drill. I stood waiting for the worker to be done helping someone else. Then I saw some other workers standing talking. I stood by them looking for some eye contact. I got nothing as they continued to talk. I then walked back to the other worker who was helping someone else to wait. He was busy so I walked out. I can get better service at my normal place. I wont be back. Missed your chance....

Went there today looking for cork tiles or an office pin board. Asked 3 people and got 3 different answers. Last person I asked told me the cork tiles would be outside. I asked her 3 times to make sure she completely understood what I was asking for and everytime her answer was the same; outside in the lumber yard. I thought it was rather strange but went out anyways. When I asked outside they directed me back into the store. When I asked another person inside, he was nice enough to take me to where the cork tiles were which was right on the other side of where the last person I asked was. She is very lucky she wasnt there anymore and I was in a hurry. Complete unprofessional idiots like that have no place in the retail business.

Went to menards on cicero and 26 the st. In Cicero. After ordering and paying for 2 different lumber products went to the yard, only to find out they didnt have any. To have to go back in the store .....very dissappointing.

They ran out of shovels in February, in Chicago. Not just snow shovels, all shovels. Whoever was in charge of that decision is a special kind of worthless.
