I went there on a Saturday for concrete steps and was told by another employee, that the person you need to speak to don’t work on Saturday. So I was handed a business card of Jose Gutierrez to contact him on a week day. I called,and left numerous messages, sent text messages and pictures of what I wanted.And I emailed my request to IBC for a quote,a week ago and to no response from either of them. Terrible customer service!

If you need to match a brick and you want it tommorow, go see Angel!This guy has come thru for me numerous times and weather you need a strap or 20 cubes, he always delivers.Customer service is great at his yard as well.

The staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions, as well as supplying me with various options and solutions to my issues. Israel was great to work with, as well as their delivery drivers. Angel is the Brick matching guru.Ive been in the biz all my life and he matched a brick just by the description.That being said the service at both the Bridgeview and Cermak locations has always been phenomenal.Looking for something in the yard ask Kevin or Brian, they will find it!Big or small they take care of all!I have never had a bad experience at IL Bricks in over 25 years!Angel is really the brickmaster!

I bought FonD du lac from the Schaumburg location in Aug 2018. At this time I was told, by the customer service, they accept returns with 15% stocking fee. When I called back the sales guy said I never told you this, and you are my customer since we started talking. I.e. anything I was told by anyone in Illinois Brick Company is void since I talked with him. Really unprofessional. I did not have time to deal with level. And I was lucky to find someone else who bought it.Now for your own sake, make sure you do not trust this Illinois Brick Company location

You guys are very disrespectful with we the Truck drivers, always come to the jobs sides late, we take the risk to park ilegal on the streets and deal with horrible traffic, low bridges and etc in Chicago City to arrive and make the delivery to your customers and be waiting over than hour ?That is very disrespectful !
