This started as a 5 star experience, solid product, solid service. One major flaw--we were over charged. The sticker price for the item we purchased (4x8x4 Clarity Glass Block) was $3.15, however our receipt showed that we were charged $3.90. When this brought to the representatives attention, his response was its an old sticker and he made the choice to not honor the sticker price--the price that we budgeted and made a purchasing decision from. I feel misled, dismissed and therefore, disrespected.
