I was in a bind because the mattress I ordered from somewhere else had mold and I needed something to sleep on that night. I called Discount Mattresses that evening and was able to immediately get a great, affordable mattress delivered to my door in 1 hour. Slept on the mattress for 3 nights now and it is extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

Just moved to Chicago and was recommended this company, super happy with the results! Michael was quick to respond, communicative, and got me exactly what I wanted out of a mattress. They do deliver same day and he had no problem bringing it upstairs. Would definitely recommend these guys to anybody.

I can’t say enough about these guys!! I found them online as I live out of state and needed to get a family member a new mattress. I worked with Michael to make the arrangements which included buying a replacement mattress and box and removing the old. I was wrong on the size but the crew had a different frame and took care of everything. It’s a near miracle this went so well and I greatly appreciate this group. Thank you.

Mike was good to work with and very communicative. Was patient while I worked through some scheduling issues. Was a man of his word and delivered on time and at a specific time as requested. Mostly all done by text with one phone call.

Interesting business model but WOW did it work out great! If you need a mattress same day they have options and can deliver same day. However I was able to wait for new inventory and got a beautyrest black for 1/5 of retail price. Cant recommend enough! Give them a text!!

Delivery men were clean, respectful, fast, strong and professional. The purchase was easy thanks to good communication. Both beds I purchased were new, of good quality, the price was right and best of all, they were on time to deliver. I would purchase again from this business.

My boyfriend connected me with the company. We did a 3-way and we were connected with Mike, and he listened to my needs for a mattress. I’m in shock and awe because I was going back and forth with FedEx about delivering a mattress that wasn’t delivered. I told Mike my budget and he was able to get a mattress, box spring, and bed frame. I originally could afford just a nice queen mattress. The best part of it all, I talk to Mike a little after 12 today and the mattress set was delivered at 7pm tonight! That’s what I call service! (Oh I didn’t add that Mike was very communicative since I initially talked with him.) I had a great experience and will refer my people!

I contacted them through a chat on Google (which was VERY convenient). I chatted them at 9:30pm and they responded right away. They gave me options and let me choose what I wanted. I got a queen box spring and mattress for $200 total. Delivery was free and my driver, Michael, was very sweet and efficient! He brought it in the house and pushed them through the door even. The whole process took 14 hours which most were spent sleeping! I put in the order around 9:30pm and they delivered by 11:30am the next day (a Wednesday)! Im super satisfied with the service.

I’m not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical at first. I called this company, said I needed a certain type of mattress and they said they could get it to me within an hour. I am a bit cynical by nature and was certain this was a scam. Despite my reservations, I was in a bind. I was in town for a day to help move my son into his first apartment. Time was not on my side and all of the other mattress quotes I had received were double. I decided to take a chance on Chicago Discount Mattresses. This turned out to be a great move. The mattress was just what my son was looking for, Mike ( the person with whom I communicated) went above and beyond to be helpful and the person who delivered the mattress was lovely (with a very sharp sense of humor .) I don’t know how they do it, however, I would definitely recommend!

The best service and delivery I have ever experienced. Ive been on the fence with numerous matress. So I had gone to several different show rooms etc. Then I made the best call everto Chicago discount matress and got the best deal and best customer service ever. Then to put the icing on the cake they delivered it within 3 hours of conversation. The matress I wanted was around $4300 at one place and another for 2300. Mike found me my dream matress for $1100 delivered. Omg you must call this place have your list ready and they will find you your matress at a fraction of the cost and bring it to your doorway.. then the delivery guy brought it up to my attica king size bed. Great deal on a $2000 mattress for $500!

They actually dont have a storefront anymore and when you call them they say theyll send a no obligation mattress with their driver that you can reject if you dont like for no cost. I dont really know how this business model works
