We had a PU at 1200 which we arrived at 1045 were asked how many pads we had which was 10 they said they needed about 40. We offered to go get more at the u haul store which was a half mile away, never heard another word about them until we two hours later when I call our agent to find out about detention then the boss man came out complaining it was costing them money because the extra material needed due to our not we having enough blankets. Three hours forty five minutes later we were loaded. It is my belief that the pads that the management wanted would have been wrap up in the stretch wrap to protect there product as was the extra material neededDo not haul cheap freight for this business. It comes down to management communication and our experience was not a very good one.
