My kids get their cellos and viola from here. Beautiful instruments and rental price is excellent. Service is superb. They also do tours were are fun especially for kids to see how instruments are made.

We have been renting from William Harris Lee & Co. for two years. Wonderful customer service and a beautiful shop downtown. Their violin rental program has been perfect for our serious student violinist. They have been extremely accommodating and have meet his changing needs as he grows as a musician. When we are ready to purchase (once he grows into a full-size violin), we will definitely look to make the investment with William Harris Lee & Co. as well! Highly recommended!

The staff is knowledgeable, personable and very helpful. We have purchased two quality instruments, as well as had some maintenance work done on an instrument and some bows. Mark was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. We are very happy with the service we have received and the quality of the instruments we purchased. I think you will be pleased, also.

Although it was confusing to know where to go, its simple if you just ask. Elevator has an elevator operator and that was so fun. Once, you get to your designated area, people are genuinely nice and I was given a tour. I was treated like VIP and it blew me away. Then the concert I attended was phenomenal. Perfect place

Excellent positive, helpful and friendly service.

Brought them several instruments for appraisal and consignment. They said it would take a few days for someone to look at the instruments. I called a week and half later and they said they were not sure off the status of those instruments and that they would call me back in five minutes. I did not hear anything, so I called back the next day. They said they still did not know the status and that we would talk soon. I called the next day, and was told that the person who does appraisals was out for the rest of the week. Frustrated, I told them I needed to pick up one if the cases (which was borrowed) but that they could still hold onto the instruments for appraisal. When I arrived at the shop the next day to get the case, I was told, actually you can take everything. Mr. Lee is not interested in selling these. I just feel annoyed that they did not have the courtesy to tell me this information in a timely manner over the phone during the many times I called. Argh.

Very kind people 100% recommend!

So I went here today and I got lost when I entered the building because I didnt know what floor the store was at, so then when I was on the elevator ( its a old fashion elevator) they ask me what floor am I going and I picked a random floor which was the 7th floor. So then, I was even more lost and I just took the stairs and I ended up on 4th floor when I finally found the store.

Quick, friendly service on a holiday weekend. This is now my default shop.
