We have been working with Urban Rooftops for a while on our West Loop terrace project. We are doing our project in stages as permits get approved, materials become available, etc. Harrison, Jorge, Alex and the entire team have been amazing to work with. Harrisons original design has come to life and we could not be happier with their work. As a business owner, I highly recommend them for their professionalism, integrity and expertise.

We worked with Harrison and team to build out our rooftop deck. From design to final build, they listened to our needs and wants and produced a project that we love within our budget. We are working with them on maintenance and storage in the off rooftop season as well which is a great offering. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and addressed issues promptly. We now have the outdoor oasis that we have always wanted.

We contracted urban rooftops for our building and urban took our money and basically has done absolutely nothing. We pushed them several times to get us info, permits etc etc and they did nothing. Total lack of responsiveness and action on their part. Honestly, never work with them.

Absolutely the best patio guys in Chicago! We got estimates from several other companies in town (one of which was so rude they said they wouldnt even consider our project!). These guys delivered our beautiful back patio, on time, on budget and were amazing to work with through the whole project! You will NOT be disappointed going with this company!

Great end productive, but terrible business experience including lack of communication, delayed project finish, and informal invoice process riddled with errors. You pay a premium to use a company that does everything for you, yet working with Mike + team became a part-time job at the end. Again, happy with final product but you can likely find a similar offering with a WAY better customer experience.

These guys are the definition of class, friendliness and communication.Can not recommend them as people more, Ace is a huge fan as well.

Urban Rooftops built our deck over the winter so it would be ready for the summer, my wife and I loved the design and the price was fair, they were responsive to all of our questions and concerns, were very happy with the end result
