Our jump house arrived early the morning of our party and was picked up the next day. Really nice people to deal with. Love the ease of ordering online and the prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend!

Rented a dual slip n slide within 2 weeks of my party date. This place was the least expensive, fasted to respond and simplest to book online. Everything was clear and easy to understand. He came on schedule, setup was flawless and pickup was simple. Would definitely recommend and rent again from them. The water fun was a hit for everyone!!!

I love this company and I will continue to support them! I rented from them for my granddaughter’s birthday. I’ve been trying to contact them to confirm a reservation for July 4th for the past 4 days. They have my money, yet i haven’t got one response aside from a receipt. I’ll update my review if by chance they correct this issue!Update: they txted me this morning guys!

Decent they were late and would not answer phone but when Eduardo showed up he was super nice.

I have used this company several times and have had the best experience. One time they bailed me out for a huge party the day before. I will always be grateful to them for this. I got worried on my second order because I had not heard from them but like clock work, they were there! I will continue to patronize them as they have excellent service

Jump 4 Kids is a ONE STOP SHOP! They came the day before our family reunion set everything up and came it got it the day after. Everything we rented was in great quality and the price is incomparable. We used to rent from multiple people to get everything we get from Jump 4 Kids. I can’t wait to use them again this year for our family function.Highly Recommended

I have an event today 7/21 and I haven’t been able to make contact for weeks, after reading the reviews I am very worried if I will get what’s needed and what’s needed on time. I’ve already made a Down Payment. I’m more than willing to update my experience if I could at least get someone on the phone to verify you guys will be coming. I’ve check my email to no avail. please contact me ASAP I have no back up plan. This place is an approved vendor for the Forest Preserve, if I’m not contacted or refunded I will be reporting this place for fraud.

Carlos and his team are simply the best. Communication is amazing. Ive used them for 4 events and will be using them for 3 more in the near future. They make everything wonderfully easy.

Excellent service. Im not going to lie I was nervous to rent because of reviews that I read, but Carlos and his staff was excellent. They were on time, ver professional, the jumpers was clean, and the price was reasonable. The jumpers was my main attraction to my event. I ordered multiple jumpers. I have called numerous times (during their business hours) and left many voicemails. I have even sent a few emails. I never get a response. I was looking on renting quite a few items from them for a birthday party, but since they never answer or return calls/emails I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am a firm believer that when I have a great experience with a business, I will suggest them to all family and friends. Unfortunately for them, I am also a believer that when I have a bad experience, I will make sure to let family and friends know what went wrong. I have a very big family who does many party rentals and this business just lost a lot of customers.

First review Ive ever done before. Don’t order from this place. Horrible customer service! Ordered tables and chairs to be delivered at 8am it’s now 1pm no show. Called no answer left voicemail no response. Went to address website listed and it’s the swap o Rama flea market. No one to speak to at all.

They have some really fun inflatables, I have ordered from them multiple times and have not had a single issue. Very professional and always clean. The only place I rent Inflatables from.

Once I wrote a review they were quick to respond and answer all questions.

I have called everyday the past 2 weeks and Im not getting no call back. I have texted 4 times with no response but your company wants people to put down a 35 dollar deposit without ever speaking to a real person. I think this company is a scam. I keep getting the same voicemail due to big events we wont be available until monday of next week. I called last monday and this monday. Aw ok

If I could give a zero I would I feel there very unprofessional I booked them for my daughters first birthday I live in another state in based off the information giving just days before the even I thought everything was fine now the day before the event no answe no courtesy text or phone call to apologize for the inconvenience or anything than I call them just to here there not available until September 10 I just feel there a waste of time and very un professional . Didnt have a back up plan or place to rent from in thats was the main attraction for my daughters party .
