Don’t waste your time.

For somebody I was trying to give my money to, once my wife called, we decided we should go with someone else. This company needs customer service training. My wife called to pay over the phone because she was having a problem with PayPal and, the man on the phone was very rude. All he had to say was we dont except payment over the phone but, he went on to say how its not his fault we dont have money or a backup plan. Mind you, we was calling to pay. We decided to go with someone else. Use this company at your own risk. Tents r us customer service is very rude.

I just called to get a quote...very rude very rude very rude and told me they dont even rent out tables and chairs. the website is very misleading!!! DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING THESE PEOPLE! THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM 1 STAR IS BECAUSE THE I COULDNT LEAVE A MINUS STAR RATING!!

Extremely misleading name - please be aware that they do NOT deliver to downtown Chicago. Might want to revise that website. Called to inquire and the man was quite rude on the phone, didnt even answer the call stating the business name. Would look elsewhere for tent needs.
