Today I came into the store looking for something specific that had been on the mannequin which shouldn’t have been too hard to help someone look. There was 4 people standing behind the counter laughing and not doing anything . Poor customer service skills and I ended up not even buying anything I rather wait and get in online. I love hibbetts but I will not supports them if it means I walk in and don’t get any help when I’m clearly walking in circles, and then when I do ask I get a smart remark about “the shorts are with the other shorts”

These guys here are super helpful! I attempted to buy my kids shoes online and the Corp office was not helpful what so ever. I kept getting a message saying I was a robot and then it would not take my gift card! I then went in store and these guys went above and beyond to find the shoes I wanted and I walked out 100% satisfied 😊

This place is great! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable about the products they have to offer! They always have something on the sale rack and the prices are decent! The only downfall they have is the lack of options to choose from in the shoe department.. but overall I love this place. keep it up dont get the big head

Staff were very unfriendly and also unhelpful, went to buy some baseball things and the Gloves that I found had a regular price tag of $19.99 but were on sale for $24.99 when I asked they said that was correct and they were infact $24.99, what a scam. I wont be shopping there again, i will drive to Norman in the future.

The two gentlemen working in this store on the night I shopped here were more than helpful, and went out of their way to be nice, attentive, and provide exceptional service. Its truly refreshing to find this kind of service anymore as it has gotten more and more rare through the years. Well done Hibbett Sports. Youve definitely gained a loyal customer.

I wasnt to impressed with this Hibbett sports store because there was NOT hardly anything for women in clothing. I was shopping/looking for me. It ended up my husband bought a cap and for me I left without anything.

This store is pretty much like all of the other hibbets in the US, except the staff actually care for the place and it shows! These people are constantly working and taking care of their customers. If you cant find what you are looking for they will come help in a heartbeat. The prices are a little high, but its a corporate store, so not much they can do about it!

Im a single mom... I look poor... When I went into Hibbett sports I was made to feel as if I wasnt good enough to be in there. The two men working ignored me even after repeated attempts to get their help finally I got one of them to come over. even then he wasnt any help acted like he didnt want to assist me. I brought my purchases to the counter had my money out and they stood there talking instead of ringing me up. It was a terrible experience. If not for my daughter needing shorts and knee pads I would have walked away.

Showed online to have a 2020 easton ghost bat in stock. Drove over an hour to get this bat and it wasnt in stock and the guy didnt wanna help me .....a 349.00 bat and I couldnt get any help

A solid selection of sporting goods with an even larger selection of clothing & shoes. Its pretty much the only place in Chickasha youll find brands like North Face, Vans, Adidas, etc. Prices arent crazy high but I wouldnt call them cheap either. The staff is mainly college kids from USAO & are mostly friendly.
