We stopped to do a little shopping and stay in our RV overnight.Everyone was so friendly and the lady that we asked if it was ok to stay overnight said of course park out on the edge and have a good nights sleep. Thank you so much 💓

Some products are good but cant get any service and check out lanes are needed. Self check Robs people of jobs.other stores provide customer service willingly. Dont make you feel bad for needing it.

The store was very clean. The employees were quick to ask if you needed help.The shelves however were bare of many items.

Really nice Walmart. Parking wasnt crowded. Store was very clean and well stocked. Huge selection in clothing dept. Cashier was quick and friendly. This may become my new Walmart store.

Its a Walmart, nothing to significant except for the tall gentleman that works in electronics, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all the products. Everything I go in there he is always assisting someone.

Nice WalMart I guess. Always has great clearance. But theyre milk has been CHUNKY AND HORRIBLE UNDRINKABLE WAY BEFORE EXPIRATION DATE. DO NOT BUY THE MILK. IT ALSO LEAKS AND HAS BEEN LIKE THIS MULTIPLE TIMES

They have some really hard workers but management is hard to find. It’s like there is no leadership in the building.

I was at this location this week. They have some friendly staff members. The location didnt seem to busy for a early morning visit. They have all the major items you need. The store could use some improvements. This location you can get in and 9ut quickly.

I love this wal mart. They try hard to be able to answer any questions in a positive manner. NO is not their go to words. There are always bargans to be found. Shelves are usually stocked and organized. Just wish there were more motorized carts for us with mobility issues. Its not the stores fault but I usually always have to wait for a motor cart. Even the handicap parking spots are hard to come by. But Id rather shop this store than any in okc, where I live.

As with most undereducated Okies people here still arent taking the Covid pandemic seriously. I believe that most employees wouldnt be wearing a mask at all had they not been forced by Walmart themself this entire time.Honesty, I blame Pro Wrestling WWE or whatever its called now and/or religion. Both of these want you to believe they are real but as its plain to see they are both still getting people to believe no matter how much evidence you have if Americans want to believe a certain way, they will choose something fake over all the education and evidence in the world.Sorry for the rant but at the time I wrote this the hospitalization and death rate just started going up like crazy again.

Customer service at the Chickasha Walmart is lacking. I bet Sam Walton is turning over in his grave a constant basis about the total lack of customer service especially at this store. They seem to always be out of stuff. If you’re lucky enough to find a person to ask about a certain item....... they just shrug their shoulders and say if it’s not in the shelf than we are out. When asked if they could please look on their hand held thingy to locate where the item is..... they look at you blankly and say well..... you can just down load the app and search it for your self. I say.... yeah... already did that.... it says you have 3 items that are right here on this shelf(which they are NOT obviously). They say....well.... that app is never right anyways. We are out of that item. I don’t know if it’s laziness, lack of real knowledge......or I just need to accept that’s about as good as it’s gonna get at the Chickasha Walmart. Sorry Mr Walton! Smdh.

Needed a quick and easy carry out dinner. Fried chicken, mac-n-cheese and some macaroni salad from the deli did the trick. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. All the employees were wearing masks, polite to the customers and doing good work. Easy, clean, simple, and inexpensive: everything I hope for when I go to Walmart.

Seems pretty standard for a walmart. Not generally too busy in the morning before lunch or in the afternoon before most people get off of work.

A lil disappointed couldnt look at make up bc I was being followed in and around make up section which is very small and blocked in. We found a rug that was on sale on line through walmart and they wouldnt honor the sale price.

Great toy section!The clearance area was messy and the items in that section were still overpriced.Otherwise it was good. Friendly greeter. And again, a really great selection of toys!!
