They dont close at 9, dont be fooled by the hours! Apparently theyre only doing 5-7 on Week days now! They really need to change this as I drove from across town to get my prescriptions only to walk in and find that they were already closed! Called and waited on the phone for a solid 30 minutes to let them know they should change the hours on Google as well. They were very rude about it and I was as nice as I could be to them. Switching pharmacies as soon as I can because this place SUCKS!

I went to the pharmacy to pick up Advil cold and sinus. I mentioned that I wanted the coated capsules because my husband likes to cut them in half and take it that way, because sometimes he doesnt need a whole one. The pharmacist at that point took the Advil back and said they could not sell it to me because it was for my husband,I said no I use it also, but since I mentioned that my husband was using it they said it would be a third party sell. It makes no since. I said that if I had lied and not mentioned my husband at all then they could have sold it to me. She said they wouldnt know the difference. So honesty is not the best policy anymore. I was so frustrated.

Words can hardly say!!! If people are going to be rude and unhelpful, please stay out of Health Care!!! I know what Im talking about as a retired Nurse of over 25 years!!! All People deserve Excellent Health Care with empathy, true concern,& kindness that comes from every area of patient care. From the Pharmacy, Hospitals/Clinics/Dr.s Offices, and Administration!!!! Its not all about making money, its about Mankind!!

Slowest, least compassionate pharmacy Ive ever experienced.

Got my sons prescription filled on 3-13. Out of 60 pills, only received 36! Missing 24! They counted what was on hand and checked their records and everything is coming out equal....REALLY!? ADHD meds are essential to my sons ability to function. He has been on them for YEARS and has never been short before. We will be counting for now on before we leave. As a former pharmacy tech, I would always count EVERY SINGLE PILL before I bottled them and the pharmacist would recount and put his initials on the bottle. UNACCEPTABLE!! 🤬

I have recently moved to Chickasha which I love! I moved all my prescriptions for my family to Walmart for convenience. What an inconvenience! I wait in one line to drop my prescriptions off come back thirty minutes later as I was told, waited in another line to pick it up. I had to leave because I have a job and only have an hour for lunch. Go back to work with out my prescription. Come back on my break (15 minutes) to again try to pick up my prescription, another long wait, to again be told I had to consult with the Pharmacist. Last time to pick up at Walmart. I will go back to my old Pharmacy out of town or find another pharmacy. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Longest wait of your life. Doesnt matter how busy or what you need, prepare to wait a minimum of 2 hours. Go to Grand care for quick and easy meds.

Walmart Pharmacy is a first-class operation. Not only do they sell you prescriptions for less, but they are also attached to a Walmart store, which means you can get all your shopping done while youre waiting for your prescription to be filled. If you are looking for a great Pharmacy, you cant do much better than Walmart. Come on by and give them a chance.

It was easy to get my prescriptions filled. Its very convenient too.

I called and asked if they have recieved my refill. They said yes they just got it and asked me to give them 30 to 45 minutes and it would be ready. I called at 3:36 it is now 4:46 i gave them another 15 mins incase they were busy. Now I am standing here because they havent started it and its gonna be 20 to 30 mins untill its done,. Who ever I spoke to forgot to put I was on my way, now Im behind everyone sitting here. Lady at the counter is the only nice thing about this place. I will start filling at normwn location. Its out of my way but atleast they tell you when its gonna be a while.

The night checkout person was very unhappy and rude because I asked for help finding something. Especially after I didnt understand when what she said was vague. If I had known where the eye drops were, I wouldnt have needed to ask for help in the first place.

I called and got the recording that one caller was ahead of me. Someone kept picking up and placing me back on hold. FIVE TIMES. I finally hung up and called another pharmacy I used before them ❌

Extremely long wait for prescriptions and always a long line. Employees are helpful!!
