The staff that mans the phone doesnt Talk to the service people BECAUSE, they Only service I PHONES. wasted trip because the phone staff doesnt have any idea what the technical group fixes or doesnt. Went in to buy a printer ink cartridge. The associate who assisted me took me to where they were.Then, I need a new TV, but I also need a large TV stand. I asked someone for assistance in that dept, and the same, nice ass6told me that he actually worked in that dept.He showed me some stands, gave me some hints and I told him that I would be back once I measured the exact space that needed coverage with stand and TV. He was super nice and helpful!!

Some of the most rude, lazy, sloth-like human beings I have ever meant. Particularly the female check-out clerks.Just. Terrible.All I can say is, you better put on your hazmat suit before stepping foot into this toxic wasteland of sludge, which ultimately will be fruitless in effort when there infinite better options for purchasing tech in the modern day.Completely awful customer service experience time and time again - big reason why theres a sea of awful reviews.

I have found this to be awesome place to buy electronics.Best buy had an offer where the phone we were trying to buy had $50 discount when Verizon carrier was used. Somehow when they were generating receipt for my purchase, Verizon wasnt giving them option to give that discount on my account.We kept reaching out to Verizons customer support and they didnt even know that such a deal was going on.After about half+ hour, best buy associate named Dan said, I see what your problem is and are you talking to Verizon customer support? If so just end that call. I will give this discount through Best Buy.Dan saved us $50 and a lot of time.I absolutely recommend best buy as a place to consider as first place when buying electronics

Great atmosphere and wonderful place to shop. They price match so if you find the item in store and they have it on Amazon, they will match the price as long as its from the official Amazon store. The quest 2 stuff is back in stock so get it while you can.

Honestly, I had positive interactions with two different employees. This store has knowledgeable staff, who are also helpful in ensuring you walk out with exactly what you needed, and feel confident in your purchase.

I have purchased multiple products from this store, but lately their customer service has been horrible. I went to the store to purchase a complete security system for my law firm and they said it would be better to have an in-office consultation. I agreed and they never showed up, when I tried to call the Chico store they sent me to a national answering system and had me waiting 15 minutes before anyone came on the line. Just to ask me to re-schedule as if it had been my fault that they forgot to come out.

Their website is extremely easy to navigate. They offer great filters to help you get exactly what you are looking for. Although their prices may range a bit more expensive side, they make up for it with great quality.I will say they hands down have the best prices on all your favorite season dvd shows including Friends, That 70s show and many more well-known faves.I definitely recommend shopping here!

I was told the advertised item was unavailable, unable to be ordered or picked up at any Best Buy & I couldnt buy the display (they still were advertising it in the store). Bait & switch. They lost my business today and for future.

Tell the hipster at the IT bar that the next time someone asks a question, they want information, not to be referred to dropping their computer off for a few days. I just wanted to know what the second slot on my hard drive was for, consequently I wondered if I could get the cord for it if it would help it register for my computer. I’m not dropping my computer off for a few days if I don’t want to. Definitely not coming back if I can avoid it.Train the IT to answer questions straight forward instead of pushing the computer repair service.

Best Buy is my favorite home goods and little gadget store. They have a huge selection and always take the time to explain any and everything I asked about. Its my go to store when it comes to electronics.

I recommend Best Buy for anything they do!! Went here to buy my husband a navigation/camera console for his 2013 Chevy Silverado. It was reasonably priced. We also had them do the install. Clayton did the install and he was awesome! Before doing changes we talked about he called me and went over different ways. He was very thorough and took the time he said. After the install he walked me through the different functions. When we got home we were thinking my husbands cd was still in old radio. My husband drove his truck the next day and it was playing. He was so excited he called me. My husband loves his new radio/navigation/camera console. We can even watch movies in it. We have always used Best Buy and it’s been since they opened in Chico. They still have us for life. We also use them for computers, TVs, sound, and many more!! Huge thanks to Clayton.

I go to Best Buy because they price match and are knowledgeable about the items that they sell. Its also very easy to return items and they have an option to have receipts by email. Exceptional customer service and the most reasonable prices, Im good.

Curbside since the pandemic has been excellent,never takes them long to have an item ready, sometimes its ready before I am to leave the house.

They had friendly people but they need to stick to what they say! Ive been having problems with too many unwanted messages on my cell phone.Even the Geek Squad couldnt help me.I cant reply stop to some messages.

I went in to buy computer. And after looking at all the models, I picked one out. The sales guy wasnt sure if they had it in stock and went back to check. I came back out so they didnt have it. But that he could order it and have it to me in a few days. Unfortunately my computer was taking a nosedive. I wasnt sure how many more days I would have to be able to use it. So I told him I had to get one today. I asked him to show me something comfortable to the one I had picked out. The one I was looking at with about $850. He showed me a computer starting at 950 and going to 1250. I asked him to scroll back up so I could see the other computers that have scrolled past real fast. And found one comprable for about 750, in stock. I told him thats what I wanted, and he said it wasnt very good, and he would recommend something else. I told him thats what I wanted so he had some other guy go pick it up. I decided since I just saved $100, I would pick out a monitor oh, I need a new monitor anyways oh, and I found one for $99. While I was doing this, the young woman he was training on how to sell computers, who I guess but I was out of earshot? Went on and on and on, to her about how bad these computers are. He wasnt even speaking in a hushed tone. I dont know if they work on commission or what, but it was extremely rude, and I made the decision right then and there, to never return the Best Buy to buy another computer. From now on, I will do my shopping online from a different company. The computer I picked out by the way, works great! I have no issues.😎👍

Bought a computer. Was told by sales person to apply for the Best Buy credit card. I declined, he pushed, I finally said ok. My credit score is 840 with zero debt and I was declined. I asked to cancel the application (they took all my personal info and SS number). He said he couldn’t do it. I was given 6 different phone numbers, not one could you talk to a human. Went back to the store, spoke with a manager. Her response was “unfortunately, we have no idea why you would be declined”. Here’s an idea.... so that Best Buy has access to all your personal info and doesn’t have to give you the $120 promised store credit.What a scam!!!

Will never shop this store....was on hold waiting to talk to someone after going through the phone tree, only to be disconnected after 10 min. So I called back and managed to get through to a live person this time, she was going to put me on hold and go check on something for me only to be hung up on again. Poor customer service and employees are not very knowledgeable.

Dont hardly have anything in stock at a special order or anything. Better off just going online and ordering what you want.

Purchase from Costco as they have a far superior return policy. I Purchased a new television from Best Buy a few months ago in advance of moving into a new home. I heard COVID was causing a shortage of appliances and electronics so I wanted to secure one early. I just recently had our contractor install the TV but when I turned it on the screen was cracked and there was no visible display. I contacted the local Best Buy store where I purchased the television and I was informed they would not exchange or provide a refund. Supposedly I needed to open the box and check for damage within 3 days of purchase. As I purchased the television online, and picked it up curbside (due to COVID) I can guarantee no one advised me of that. I understand Best Buy needs to protect themselves from false claims of damage, but I offered that I could provide an invoice from the contractor who removed it from the box and installed it only a few days ago. That wasn’t sufficient so apparently Best Buy can sell you damaged products and if you don’t catch it early enough you’re out of luck. Not only am I out the cost of the television but the cost of installation as well. The local Best Buy advised they could give me a good deal on another television. So the resolution to purchasing a damaged television from a company that doesn’t stand behind the product they sold you is to buy another one from them?

Best Buy is staffing the front door with costumer service personnel who are very friendly and helpful. This person monitors those who are waiting outside for anyone who has set up a consultation before arrival so they do not have to wait in line. The young man who served as my Customer service door person was extremely helpful in expediting my time in the store by radioing to his fellow team mates that I was looking for a wireless router. He pointed me in the right direction and to my relief there was a team member walking to the front of the store to meet me as I entered. My total time in the store was 5 minutes, The best part was the team member who helped me find the router did not try to sell me something I did not need. He was polite and made my time there perfect. I would recommend a visit to this store. Please cal ahead of time to make a consultation visit if you need help as this will make your visit to the store more productive and less time consuming,

Was good by me. I went in to find a Multi-Purpose Boombox; CD, Cassette, AM-FM Radio that would work on batteries if needed. I didnt see one, but an employee found one for me, for $59.00...and I left with the merchandise. All within 10-15 minutes.

Best Buy the best, so buy there. I spendt 5hrs in there the other day and i bought this Straight Out of Compton DVD set for $9.97. Im broke. I asked a lot of questions though, about a lot of things, and i got answers. There were more than enough more than adequate floor tech folk to help me. When I get paid Im going back to pick up my refurbished Galaxy Tab A because Im really not finding a better deals online or anywhere else.

Fernando not only showed me a printer that he said was really good but also the price was totally on point. I was impressed that he went through the ink promotional until I understood what it was. I asked about the paper for photos And he went to get the kind I needed. I was really impressed with Fernando‘s good personality and helping me at Best Buy.
