They charged my mom twice and still haven’t returned the money since october 2020

I wish this place would have tried harder to make a deal with me so I could have been better satisfied with what I wanted instead of spending my money elsewhere

Literally the worst experience ever!Been waiting 2 weeks for couches I was purchasing. The people that work there never return phone calls, and when they finally came out to deliver they wouldnt bring my couches in cuz I wasnt home, even though I was told by the manager and another person that worked there, that I only needed someone over 18 there to accept my couches. So beyond livid with this experience. And I still dont have my couches!

All the staff went out of their way to get me the perfect living room/dining set I needed to get my home ready to sell. Gina and the guys were very helpful and provided me with exceptional customer service. Thanks to you all !

Didn’t ask how much I wanted to pay, just processed the payment for the full amount, without Permission and then proceeded to tell me to take 7 to 10 business days for my payment back. So I just let them process it.

Its good to shop around for Furniture and electronics at Rent a Center.

Make sure you understand their criteria upfront. They dont do credit checks so your references are crítical. Nice and accomodating after misunderstanding.

Name brand stuff made affordable for those with not so perfect credit.
