I have never had such a good amazing phenomenal experience! I called on a Friday at 4 PM to get my sliding glass door fixed, they close at five! But they had somebody (who was super nice and gave me great life advice.) come out here and fix it in under 20 minutes and they gave me the best deal imaginable I was in shock! If any glass company deserves your business it is them!!

I have to say that the sales and service team treat you right. They dont try to upsell you on stuff you dont need. COVID has impacted the time it takes to get your windows, but once they arrived they were installed within 2 weeks. Richard and Tony are the best installers. Polite, courteous, and super hard working. These guys did an amazing job. Thanks to Miller Glass, especially Richard and Tony, for taking my windows from trash to flash!

I ordered 2 replacement dual pane windows as the originals leaked. This happened early March 2020. Got a quote from them to show clear glass and low e. I ordered Low e, and paid for materials. When they installed they used clear. If I had not questioned the installer they would have charged full price for low e. They ordered and installed the wrong glass and not even an apology. I do not recommend this company. Dana4/10/2020. I did receive calls to apologize and make it right. My nephew let them in and the windows were replaced with the low e type as originally ordered. So I appreciate making it right. Thanks

I took my Jeep Cherokee and have a windshield.when I picked it up they explained to me that due to the extensive rusting around the window that they had to sand it down and primer it and they couldnt give me a warranty for the windshield. A month later I finally washed it they did an absolutely wonderful job it did not leak not one drop. I just want to say, if you ever need a windshield Miller Glass is a place to take. And on top of it all, they were more than on the price for the replacement of windshield.

Extremely dissatisfied. We were graciously welcomed and quoted and taken care of: a facade. The windows took much longer than they said they would, they leak water, they quoted us reasonably but the price ended up being much more. They did not check the quality of their work: did the absolute bare minimum, and I will never take my business to Miller Glass ever again.

I have been using Miller Glass for years for all the windshields I have had to replace on my vehicles and they do a great job. I have also used miller glass for replacing the windows on my home. Fair pricing and I really like that I am using a local company who has deep roots in our community.

Five stars, boys and girls. They fixed it fast, man! Shattered the bank out window for some harvest equipment, took it in, 20 minutes later, got the glass back; 45 minutes later Bank out back up and running. It’s what we needed! Kudos to all of Miller glass for making it happen.

Very fast service, and the staff (all of them) where very friendly, I hope they reopen the Paradise store.I brought my car with a broken windshield for them to fix, I got there early (07:00) and they took my car in right away, they don’t open until 8am I was surprised by there willingness to help me! After a stray rock broke a window in our beautiful front door, and we were told by the door seller that the window could not be repaired, we called Miller Glass. For an extremely reasonable price, a new piece of glass was ordered and, a week later, installed by the very talented and knowledgeable Steve. Not only did he not break the other 2 panes of glass (as the man who gave us an estimate warned could happen) but he was able to remove the trim and replace it with such minimal stress to the pieces that youd have to KNOW the window was broken and replaced to notice the small blemishes left by the repairs. We have use Miller Glass many times in the past, mainly for screens and car glass, and they have ALWAYS exceeded our expectations both on price and quality of service! Thank you!

I have used Miller glass for new windows on several different rental properties with great results. I was surprised the first time I called them for quotes because they gave me a quote on really nice quality windows and they were cheaper than the big box store prices.On one batch I installed the windows myself, but they came and measured everything for me to make sure that was all correct. Then on another property, they installed the windows and make short work of with a nice job.Now, I just call Miller Glass whenever I need anything because I know I will get good service and a good price.

I am thoroughly impressed. I deal with Miller occasionally for work (carpenter), but this morning i walked out and found my ram truck window smashed in and some tools stolen. Originally geico tried to get me to use safelite ( and wait 9 days with a broken window), so out of curiousity I called Miller up and found out that yes they do autoglass! So i told geico Im taking it to Miller, geico sent the paperwork and Miller had the glass in stock, so within 45 minutes of me finding the damage they were working on it! Finished same day and did a great job! Im tempted to have the other windows done since the new one is so clear and they were so easy to deal with. I didnt even need to fight with plastic and all the b.s. of having a broken window. Thanks Much Folks!

Best price I could find anywhere !I had broke my windshield on a Sunday. I called Miller Glass on Monday and set up a appointment at 8 AM the next morning. They said it would be all day I would be able to pick it up at 4 PM. When I got there they told me they would call me as soon as it was dry. They seen l had my bike and had to ride around town until it was done.. What a great town, I found a nice easy ride up the river trail. At 11 AM they called and said it was done and I could pick it up at noon.. I got there it was ready and I loaded my bike and home I went.. It was a two hour one way drive to get there from where I live.. It was worth it.. THANK MILLER GLASS YOUR THE BEST !!

I tried calling them several times. One time I talked to a woman that put me on hold for 3 minutes to ask if they could replace my Fords windshield. She put me on hold again for 2 minutes to see if they did remote installations or if I would have to bring my car there, then hung up on me.After over a week of trying to get a hold of them, I called AAA Safety Auto Glass. They answered on the second ring and in less than a minute I had an appointment sceduled.Dont waste your time waiting for Miller to get their act together. Time is money.

Weve used Miller Glass several times and their service has always been exemplary.

Found out our windshield was cracked to undriveable (2/3rds cracked) on a Sunday morning as we were preparing to head out of town. Called insurance, made a claim, earliest Safelite could get to us was Wednesday. However, Miller was authorized, so we had the claim processed with them.Called Monday morning and was told to bring in car so they got the right windshield. Did. In 10 minutes Troy looked at it, said theyd have the windshield Tuesday, bring the car in at 8, itd be done by 3:30. Did and done.So why not 4 ⭐s? Abrasive female who answered phone Monday morning, a whispered (hand covering mouth) conversation with Troy while I was waiting (it probably had nothing to do with me, but I found it inappropriate), witnessed an admonishment of staff while waiting (dont care if the employee needed to be admonished, but I did very much care that it happened in front of paying customers), and the interior of the glass was dirt streaked.Still, the service was fast and relatively friendly, these minor points are just that, something to improve upon, but definitely not enough to get your panties in a bunch and go elsewhere.

I called to ask for their prices and they took all my information down, they even said they would call back. Well they did call back but I was working and when I returned their call the guy was being very rude and said he never called me. I told him I just wanted to know their prices for my model of car and he just said ok but no one called you. It was frustrating. They were just plain rude.

They came out on time . thats about all I gotta say. They replaced the seals on my window and instead of putting the nice cover peices I had to go with it, they used this white ugly cocking. Now my window looks taky. When I questioned the guy in the condition of the window he had a smartass attitude. I will not be coming back.

We tried to have a glass doors runners repaired. It took a week before anyone showed up, and then they told us they would need another few days to get a quote ready for us.We found a competitor that came within 24 hours and fixed the door for $250. Four days after the competition fixed our issue, Millers called us and told us that it would be $520 and would take another week to get the necessary parts. Stay away from Millers glass!
