Very helpful, asked them if they can add a sunroof to my car sadly they don’t, but they actually searched with me and gave me a place in Sacramento that does the job. They saved me a lot of time and effort, all the other shops will just say no and not bother to give you any other place that might do it. I was referred here and am somewhat skeptical at times so I didnt know what to expect. My phone session making the appointment was very nice and pleasant. When I dropped of my truck I was hoping to have it back before noon as I had to pickup kids from school. I was very surprised when they called just 1 1/2 hours later and said it was done, just a simple regulator fix. The tech called me and was very friendly and helpful. Great experience, I would recommend them to all without any reservations..

Five Stars only because I cannot put ten. From the estimate to the replacement of all windows and seals on a Cat D6 Bulldozer the Perkins team was stellar. Everything was done exactly in the time frame promised. Russel and Russel were two totally professional and courteous technicians. I will never use any other glass company for any glass needs.

We went to Perkins last week to get a new windshield, based on the google reviews. I have to say the experience was great accept when we dropped off the vehicle and picked it up. While our County is in the purple, there was not a face covering in sight on any of the employees inside (or outside) the office. I did not feel safe in the office and I will not be returning to Perkins any time soon (which is bummer because I have another vehicle that needs a new windshield). I hesitated to write this review, but because the reviews are what drew me there, I am participating in the process. In my opinion, customer service includes caring about the safety of your customers. You can make your own decision on if that matters to you. Otherwise they were friendly, prompt, and appear to do excellent work.

The staff was very accommodating I call the soon as they open and they had the glass there by 2:00 p.m. that same day installed and ready to leave by 5:00

In town for a long weekend and Kelly graciously squeezed us in to replace the windshield on my daughter’s Wrangler JK. They installed an original Mopar piece and it looks great.

They are so friendly nice and professional will definitely be going to them when I need glass repair done again.

Called the shop on Thursday morning for my cracked windshield, praying they could get me in same day cause its the only day I could afford. The representative gleefully explained that mine was a popular windshield and they did in fact have one in-stock. Dropped my truck off at noon and it was all done and perfect by 2pm including the collision avoidance sensor recalibration! Couldnt be more pleased with Perkins professionalism and timeliness. Very friendly staff who are understanding of their customers valuable time. Highly recommend and will go back if/when I need.

Quick and easy, is what it is!

It took them 2.5 hours to do my windshield. Whoever did my windshield scratched paint across the front of my roof. I was going to have them redo it but I knew they wouldnt be painting what they messed up. I will not be going back to this place and I dont recommend anyone going there unless they want their car scratched up. Its hard to believe they have all 5 star reviews and 1 4 star. I would bet they delete bad reviews on Google

Wont drive to Paradise or Magalia unless they get $100 on top of paying for the window, she told me on the phone that they can make more money by staying in Chico then they could if they came up in there helped me thats why they would charge $100 just to come up

I brought my boyfriends F250 there with a semi-shattered window. I arrived at my appointment time and they got me right in. They replaced my window within 45 minutes!!! WOW.. the BEST SERVICE EVER. The service techs were very nice and the ladies behind the desk were exceptional. Very happy with them and highly recommend Perkins to ANYBODY!!!!

Got a good size crack from a rock over the weekend in my windshield/ was not sure it was reparable; they worked me in same day/ fixed the crack in 30 minutes! I have to look hard to see where the crack was!!! And the price was more then fair! Would definitely come back for all my windshield needs.

I had work done previously by Perkins in Paradise, and was extremely happy with their service. When it came time for a new windshield I was thrilled to learn that they had a new location in Chico. Once again I was not disappointed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, work was done on time, and the new windshield is perfect. Highly recommend.

I recently dropped off my car for a replacement. Everything turned out great. There were some minor scratches. Upon taking it back they were able to just use some rubbing compound and buff them right out. They also threw in a few cans of Glass Cleaner. Thank you for taking care of us.

Glass got smashed the other day and called around price checking and this place had the best offer. Everyone was super friendly and eager to help and overall very pleasant experience. They got the job done earlier than estimated and actually called when the job was completed. Too bad I dont have a lot of glass repair needs, but if I do Im coming back here!

I would 100% recommend getting work done here! Not only did their craftsmanship exceed my expectation, but their customer service was superb! These guys are awesome!! I work till around 430 pm or later and was having a very hard time finding a place that would fix my window because everywhere closes at 5. These guys didn’t hesitate one second to work with my schedule. Had my window installed in about 20 minuets and I was on my way. I highly recommend Perkins auto glass. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable . Had a bulls eye on my windshield from a rock which turned into a 2 ft. crack in my windshield by the end of the workday. Perkins came to my school and installed a new windshield while I was working and my car was done by the end of the school day!!!! Also fixed my sons drivers side window after our gardener took it out with the weed wacker! Very pleased with both repairs!

While I was there the staff was very friendly and professional and were able to locate a rear window for my truck for less than half the price of their competitors. Awesome customer service and work from the moment I called to inquire about fixing windshields till I picked up both my vehicles. Brought in both our cars with cracked windshields. Both done in a quick turn around amount of time, and offered to come out to do service but I just brought it in. Easy location to get to off Esplande north part of town. I needed a new windshield so I called Brad at perkins for an estimate. Unfortunately they didnt have what I needed in stock, but they were able to order it and have it installed all in the same day. They even kept the doors open after their regular business hours so I could pick up my car and not have to wait til morning.
