Then they offered a great deal on a new auto. After that I sent my oldest son over. He got the truck more than he thought he could be able to get. P S other son being helped with a hand up.

We purchased 2 vehicles a 2017 Carolla and a 2017 ram Laramie. Their customer service is the worst. There is one guy working the dodge desk and if he doesnt feel you are worthy of having your truck looked at then it does and if not then they waste your time and then argue and argue until you leave. I wouldnt let the dodge guy look at my bicycle.
I arrived 10 minutes early to my apt for an oil change, they took me right away. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and air conditioned. The total time I was there was maybe, at most 30 minutes. They explained everything to me before I paid, including the breakdown of charges. The paperwork they hand you afterwords is very clearly printed and easy to read for someone who doesn’t know much about working on a vehicle. I am very please and will continue to bring my vehicle here for any further problems . Thanks guys!!!

Not like this will matter..I will chalk it up too Covid-19...So we planned on taking my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee on my 50th B-day road trip..I forgot to say my Jeep just left the shop a week ago..Now Im having the same and more problems with it. Now dont get me wrong Sai is cool as hell ..I dont so much have a problem with the Service department as I do with the fact I made an appointment with the automated system for Monday which would have been perfect. I get phone call later telling me that the system is wrong and I cant be seen until Oct 8 ..well after my road trip..speaking with the appointment scheduler no emotion needs to take a class in customer service..My favorite place just was a complete let down...Wont be taking my Jeep on my 50th road trip..Thanks Chuck..

In a matter of a few seconds, my entire life was destroyed in a collision. A Chuck Patterson Toyota dealership employee who was on a test drive smacked the rear end of my car as I turned into the bank. I am an excellent driver of 42 years. I am still in shock, physical pain and bewildered by how big corporations, insurance companies get away with ruining others’ lives. With A lack of caution for himself, or his pregnant customer I was hit. Where were his eyes looking? On the sale we presume? By the Toyota driver not paying attention enough to see something in front of him, may have been a mistake, however it managed to total my vehicle and caused all kinds of issues, pain and destroyed my life.It was horrific! The brand new Toyota slammed into my 2002 Forester, bending the axil and tossing my car like a slingshot. It happened so fast. I always LOOK to see if a lane is clear when I enter it! It was clear! My car was my livelihood and without it my whole world is falling apart. I have several new health issues from the accident. It has been a very difficult time getting to doctor appointments, simple everyday errands, and grocery shopping. I had to stop my volunteer work, so now I sit home alone all day everyday just lonely and miserable. As a disabled senior whose world in one second was crushed by a big corporation. I’ve always worked hard helping others and was taught others should do the same. This transition was not easy. Now because Toyota and their lack of justice I’m not going to be able to go see my only son graduate from his University, as I no longer have my reliable Forester, and have new injuries. Nowhere to turn for help and I have no way of picking up the pieces and fixing all the damage it caused me. Toyota, as a big company, probably wasnt even affected at all! Really it was nothing at all to them. Big insurance companies don’t care. This financially ruined me. Thanks Chuck Patterson Toyota, Chico, CA.
I was able to check in quickly and easily for my oil change, and I was even early. Justin was courteous and nice from when I arrived to the point which I left. While I was waiting in the lobby he came out about half way through and showed me pictures of my air filters to make sure I knew that they really needed to be replaced. Overall a quick, simple, pleasant experience!
Had a very good experience. Jim Moore was very helpful with the whole process and any questions I had about my Jeep. Alicia Magnotta was very friendly and answered whatever questions I had about the paperwork. Great company. I even had to stay a little after hours to finish up getting my car insurance but everyone was very patient and nice about it. Definitely recommend.
I was working with Jeff on purchasing a new Toyota Venza and thought I had a deal in place before going to the dealership. I live 90 minutes away so I planned on getting a ride to pick up the car. I arrived to find that the car set for me was not the trim I wanted. Even worse, they sold the one I was going to purchase the night before, when I was working with Jeff via text and email. So it was one of two things: 1. He did not listen to my needs, which I made clear several times or 2. He thought he could pull a switch on me.When I was getting ready to leave, the manager Erik came over and offered to try and find one from another dealer. He actually seemed to care about customer service and honoring the commitment. He asked for an hour to call and see what he can do. Over an hour passes and I give him a call. He does not answer and I did not receive a call back later.I wish I would’ve known he would not bother calling me as I would’ve gone to the customers there to tell them in person about this terrible experience. I hope this helps and you consider shopping around elsewhere.
I worked with Brian he was awesome very helpful, patient and not pushy at all. He let me test drive a few cars but I knew I loved the Camry and they gave me a good deal on my trade in! I had a great experience and I believe her name is Alicia she was awesome as well they both have great personalities!
The maintenance department has always been helpful, prompt, and professional. This morning I called their towing department to get my car to the maintenance department. They said it would be 45 minutes and I said thats fine, I just have to get the car there in 2 hours for an appointment. After 45 minutes they called me back saying it would actually be a few hours because they got in a bunch of priority calls. They offered to connect me to another local towing service and I thought well at least thats convenient that theyll transfer my call. But no. They just meant theyd give me a number. Rather than trying to find a pen and paper I opted to just look it up. I am not impressed with the towing service.

Chuck Patterson Dodge has the very best service managers and service Personnel. They do a high-grade job on your vehicle we bought from them and they have great services and did everything great. And in a very timely manner we were only there for less than 45 minutes. I would recommend them to everybody. They truly are the very best in our opinion. Not like Lithia Dodge in Grants Pass Oregon. I had a problem with my Dodge Ram 1500. Lithia Dodge had my truck for a week. And could not figure out what was wrong with it. They also sold a Jeep to my brother and sister-in-law a year or more so. My little brother was killed in his own back yard in a tractor accident. One week later my sister-in-law had problems with her Jeep at Lithia sold to her. Naturally because of her her husband my brother just passing one week earlier she was very upset with the car not being in good shape it was brand new at the time. Lithia banned her from ever coming back to Lithia Dodge. Now Thats What I Call very poor service. Lydia needs to do something about their service personnel everywhere and every dealership that is owned by Lithia across the United States. Or wherever they are. But anyway Chuck Patterson is nothing like Lithia Dodge. I would take my vehicle to Chuck Patterson Dodge in Chico California Anytime. My hat is off to you Chuck Patterson Dodge.

I was nervous making my first car purchase, but working with Kyle made it easy I swear! Im sure working with any of the staff would me great too! Kyle made my experience very simple, understandable, and tailored to me. I could tell he was a veteran at finding people just what they needed because after introducing himself he dove right into asking questions about me and what I wanted in a vehicle so he could guarantee my satisfaction. And whenever I had a question he always answered so thoroughly! His demeanor was also very easy to get along with. He was polite and patient. Now only will I be returning for my next vehicle but I would only recommend Chuck Patterson to friends and family.

Their online appointment service needs work. We made an appointment online and got a text and an email confirmation of it only to find that we didn’t have an appointment after all. I only found that out because I happened to call the service department. They informed me that “oh, online appointments don’t always make it to us.” Why have an online appointment service if you don’t honor those appointments?
The gentlemen who assisted me were very upbeat and helpful. They were very interested in helping and seemed knowledgeable about all of their recommendations.

A Great Experience at Chuck Patterson Toyota. Three days before I wanted to set up my service. I contacted the person at the appointment department and was given the day and time to have my service. Shaun Powell was the service adviser he was polite and entered all the things that my truck needed service oil change. and air bag recall he said it would take about two hours to complete. I was impressed at how informed he was as to how long it would take. He was rite on the money as to the time it would take.They checked the brakes, all the fluids and topped them off. Date of Purchase: May 30, 2020I had been shopping for about 6 months for a new vehicle. I accidentally came across the New Camry, 2020 makeover. Looks just like a Beemer or an Audi, but much more reliable. lol And the Top Trim XLE comes with an optional V-6 engine with 301 HP.I had briefly considered a Lexus, but I decided to go one step down in luxury, while getting the same reliability, and saving $10-$15 grand.Chuck Patterson Toyota was the only place in Northern California that had the EXACT Camry, fully loaded, V-6, Pearl color. Only one in stock. Although I lived much closer to Lithia Toyota in Redding, I went to Chico to check out the New Camry.Toyota was having a 0% Interest for 60 months special financing, and thats the big reason why I decided buy this particular vehicle.Chuck Patterson Toyota was very busy when I was there. All the staff, including salespeople, were relaxed and friendly. My salesperson was Jeff M. and he did a great job.When all was said and done, I didnt get any better price than what was already stated on the Chuck Patterson website. But I got exactly what I wanted and the experience was pleasant and easy.Oh...heres the clincher: Jeff said that if I buy the vehicle, its mine to ride home. He will get one of his guys to drive my Dodge Magnum V-8 HEMI back to my house 70 miles away. My answer: Done Deal.The car drives like silk. It has every safety device ever invented, including back-up camera (that I love) as well as a birds-eye overhead 360 view.I took those 301 ponies up to 100 mph on the way home and there was so much more. I cant believe Im driving a Camry now. lol

I was just looking...Well look no further, you will be met with very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely honest staff. You will not regret buying from Chuck Patterson. I left with a new Rav 4 Hybrid after Brian, the salesman, enlightened me on the differences between gas only and hybrid. Furthermore he spent the time showing me how everything works, and followed up a few days later inquiring if I had any questions. The General Sales Manager, Brad was thorough and provided multiple financing options to help fit my needs. When it was time for me to sign on the dotted line I was met by Wendy, who helped me through thepaperwork, which made it quick and easy. I was happily on my way after only a few minutes. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here!
Dealing with car salespeople is never fun. Once you get past that part, the service people are pretty good, no real issues there. I think the biggest issue I have is with the courtesy van. Every time I need to use it, there is a minimum of 30 minutes I end up waiting in the lobby for the van to get there. I have had to wait for over an hour before.
Fantastic experience! My catalytic converter was stolen out of my poor prius. I had dropped comprehensive on it due to age of the car a while back and getting it repaired was more than I wanted to spend on an old vehicle so I decided to trade it in. Mariah in the service department was fantastic in helping me understand my options for my prius. She referred me to Kim to find out trade in-value and give me some car suggestions. I came in and Edgardo and Kim took great care of me and found me the perfect vehicle!

Got a new Toyota RAV4 Prime at msrp, which was thousands less than many Northern California dealers are charging right now. The salesperson, Antonio, was great about keeping me informed about the process and getting all my information ahead of time so I could get in and out quickly (which was important to me due to COVID as well as general convenience). Everyone was wearing masks and the financing manager also volunteered to open both doors to her office to increase air flow. I went in knowing what I wanted and what I didnt want as far as add-ons but that said, there was no hard upsell. All in all a great experience!

Our salesman, Ian, focused more on educating us about the different vehicles than trying to sell one to us, which I sincerely appreciated. This approach ultimately ended up with our purchase of a new RAV4 and we couldn’t be happier! Can’t say enough good things about this dealership. The buying experience was what you’d expect at a used car lot. They played all the games with making you wait on the manager, not being upfront about the total cost of the car, etc. This part was expected.What I’m the most disappointed with is the follow up. Part of the deal was I’d get a second key made the following week. Instead I got complete radio silence.
