I purchased a brand new KHS here. Id never previously considered this brand. Im glad to have been introduced to it.CB&B also tuned up my Specialized mountain bike.The service is great and there is nothing more local then this store. Support your local businesses. Give this store a shot.

Mike is awesome! Helped me understand what I was looking for. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Would never go anywhere else for my bike needs. I dont know much about bikes and Mike did a bunch of little stuff to my bike and now it works better in every way lol. Thanks Mike!!!

Cheap and fast, I got a flat tube and I I able to get it replace on the same day for cheap, and I was able to have them fix my bent rear derailer as well.

Excellent customer service.

Not great service. Went in to buy some wheels, there were 3 staff and only one customer. No one even looked up or said anything to us while standing by the wheels for several minutes. Finally just left.

Great customer service with limited staffing. Dropped the bikes off for tune-ups and seat and tires. Will update after picking them back up.

I bought my husbands bike here and they give you free tune-ups for life! The bike is awesome as is the service.

Not great vibes here, unless youre buying something. Then its all smiles. These guys are just way cooler than me. On the upside, they inspired me to fix my bike myself! Thanks guys! Edit: changed to 1 star because they didnt return me my light fixtures so I now have to buy new ones.

Worst, most disrespectful owner of a store I have ever come across. I wanted to buy some bearings and leave as I was in a hurry but the owner proceeded to talk to another older customer and complain about the CSUC student population while glancing over to me suggesting his disapproval of my presence in his awful shop. I waited half an hour to finally be able to purchase my overpriced goods and leave. Never coming back and I hope other students and young people will avoid this place and take their business elsewhere.
