Very nice bikes at reasonable, affordable prices. Scored a great mountain bike today & the kind guy working there even helped me get it into my car. And him and another staff member gave very helpful tips on bike safety. All the staff there were very friendly & helpful.
Staff was very friendly. prices are good. Good selection of bikes. I will be back in the future, and will give good word of mouth.
Great customer service! I love my new to me bike. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable. They customized the bike to fit my needs.
Great people. Solved my bike issues and sorted me out quickly.
I regularly visit this little bike shop and I am consistently amazed at the quality of work for the prices quoted!!! The people who work at Sensible Cyclery are efficient and extremely polite... I have made it a point to tell my friends to try the guys at the Sensible Cyclery shop because I guarantee they beat everyone elses prices for parts and service!
Could not have had a better experience with them, they went above and beyond to help me.
Great service. Excellent care!
The best people to help you with your bike or to buy a cheap good one. They work with love
I am an experienced biker. Because of that, I decided to have my bike custom built here as only they offer that.Only after a nearly fatal crash did I find out they had a seat bolt in the brake bolt setting, used a wrong spacer size to connect that, and the wheel was being held in place by literally only friction and a tiny washer the entire time because they had left off a part entirely that was specific to the brand. Additionally the tensiles were wrong size and weak, causing the rim itself to slowly bend outward.I have been here before and it was fine. They offer a community service training program that I truly support - all of their employes are SAVED by this place, having a job here.Nonetheless they sold me an unsafe CUSTOM BUILT project. This place is fine for small fixes. Support their community help. A flat tire, a bolt tightening and chain oil.Never let them at the structure. They dont double check the trainees work well enough and it can endanger your life. For bigger technical jobs, go to Pullins.
