This is the first Les Schwab that Ive been to where the employees did not meet me in the parking lot in fact they didnt even really bat an eye. Which is fine Im fully capable of entering the store but its just a new level of service. They were able to get me in fairly quickly and turn around within an hour with new tires

Ramon was amazing. I picked up a wire on my tire and was on a time crunch. He was quick and explained why I needed a new tire. Definitely will return for tires and services when I need them.

I had never been to les Schwab before, but my husband always goes there. But he was busy so I went to replace 2 tires on our van. When I left I had 4 practically brand new used tires for the same price as 2 tires. Thank you god and Las Schwab.

I really dont trust anyone else with my wheels, brakes, shocks, etc. These techs have spotted issues even my mechanic missed. Always fair about price and great at explaining any issues they spot in a non-technical way.

We have been using the South Chico location for 15 years. Amazing customer service.

I went in to have my two front tires on my 2015 Honda civic replaced about one month ago. Being a FWD vehicle naturally they wore faster than the rear two. I went in, told them what I needed, left them the keys, and went to run some errands. I got a call a short while later telling me the job was done and that I could pick up my car. I returned, paid, and promptly left in the firm belief everything was as it should be. The following morning I went to my car to get something from the back seat when I noticed that my rear passenger tire was very nearly bald not unlike the tires I just replaced. I thought this was unusual since I just checked them the other day and determined there was plenty of life left in both of the rear tires. Sure enough I checked the driver side rear tire and it was fine.No big deal. Someone probably made an honest mistake. Id had good service with Les Schwab in the past, so I called to let them know someone had accidentally moved one of the front tires to the rear. I dont know how or why, but miscommunication happens all the time. The person who took the call assured me that there was no way such a mistake could have occurred. Their records indicated there was only work done on the front tires. Now Im thinking, well of course! All mistakes are always clearly documented. Silly me! So now its my word against the flawless record.TL;DR Had worn tires replaced. LS accidentally moved one of them to the rear and got rid of a tire that didnt need to be touched. Now I need to replace the same worn tire again.Ive been going to LS since I could drive 18 years ago. Not anymore. All over a single used tire and failure to admit a mistake.

I had a small accident about half a mile from Les Schwab so I called them. They took my car and self to their shop, replaced my tires free and sent me on my way. I must add I always buy my tires from Les Schwab and also have all service needs done by their highly skilled personnel.

Always, always love the people here. Came in for flat repair on my new (to me) car and asked about rotation since I was there. They recommend every 5k miles and then proceeded to waive charges. Fast. Clean. Personable staff. Always feel welcome here. Thats the way to treat your customers!

I am always impressed by the efficiency and customer service at this location. They take such great care of me, and I know I can trust the services they provide to be of good quality. I once came in for a tire rotation and only had three hubcaps. I left with 4 and they didn’t charge me a thing. Also, I’ve seen the same faces here for years, which says a lot. Their employee turnover seems to be very minimal, and it’s nice to see familiar faces every time I come in. Keep up the great work!

Well they didnt have my tires in stock like they said when I called them. Which I let slide. I want in any hurry. But this morning when I opened my trunk my spare tire was just thrown in there and not put back properly. So thanks for that. Dont worry I fixed it! Which was a pain since the bottom of my trunk was caved in. Great job 👏👏UPDATELast night I went to change my tire and surprise!!! They forgot to put tire iron back in my car. Took my car in for an alignment. They did a good job. Reason for the bad review is they signed me up for the mailing list after I said not to.

I only buy my tires here. They are super friendly, and they will help you find what you need. I was having a really bad day and just shy of the amount I needed for a new tire and they took a little off the price,so I could afford what I needed. I cant see anyone else doing this. I am now their costumer for life.

They.honor there warranty on the vehical they worked on even if your not the owner . Give them the licence plate # its fixed

They serviced my tires, patched one low one. We had to much air in the tires also. The guy explained everything clearly to us. My grandchildren and I drove home safely and me at ease.

Went in because I found out I was missing some lug nuts, one each on two tires. The guy had me pull right in and put the two missing lugs on and tightened down the rest. He didnt charge me a dime. I was in out and done in just a few minutes. It was a big help to be out of there so fast. Thanks guys!

Repaired my tire with a nail hole quickly and not only replaced the spare in the trunk but also put the jack and all of its pieces back in place.

Had a nail in my tire. The staff was courteous and excellent and was able to solve it right away.

***SCAMMER ALERT*** I brought my car in to get my tires rotated. They then begin to tell me that I needed all new brakes and calipers and a whole list of other stuff. They have me an estimate at almost $1,500!! I was like what? So I talked to the manager (Monty), I asked him to show me what is wrong and he came up with all these excuses and started stuttering and said he can’t have me in the garage but he can show me the old parts after the job is finished. So I told him I would come back, I took the car to a more reliable mechanic in Chico and he said all I needed was the back brakes done in a couple of months and probably new rotors. An estimate of $180. I went back and showed Monty the estimate he got really angry, his face turned red and he told me to leave the store. Please don’t trust these guys, they are the most dishonest people I have come across in awhile.

I have to say one thing. I worked in the Tire shop in auto plant we made tires for each truck including the spare and also the other section we installed. The assembly line moved at a 93 second tact time. I have been in a few Les Schwab Tire Shops.Everyone is on the Hustle at every store I have ever been in and the one in Chico is a crew workers.

While I have bought tires from them a number of times, Ive often visited for minor problems and been charged nothing. Always prompt service and excellent work.

This place has excellent service. I didnt even buy my tires from them and they fixed 2 tires that had a nail in them for free. They can finance tires if need be.

Too expensive! Compared with another tire sales place and beat the price by hundreds. They are good about rotating tires and checking pressure when you buy from them.

Junk tires, No warrantteeWe bought some Thunder commercial tires recently, and after 20k miles or less, the rubber is litterally falling off the tires in chunks and pealing away. Cheap tires with junk rubber out of Thailand. Uploaded pics of tires, you can see by the sidewall pic the rubber is trash... Spoke with somebody i n store, however, no support. Not coming back or recommending anymore.

Alignment tech didnt know how to align my old car, assistant manager blamed it on aftermarket parts and refused to acknowledge that the tech had no idea how to set anything other than TOE on this car. Took it to another Les Schwab and they said they can easily get it done

After calling in advance and asking about the alignment rack to make sure that it would be suitable to align my truck I scheduled an appointment for an alignment. After dropping my truck off for the scheduled alignment I was told it would take at least an hour. So I left and came back and to my surprise they told me my vehicle was done and there was no charge. I said how could that be and they informed me that they were not able to align the truck because my upper ball joints “needed replacing”. This however was not the case, and no one even bothered to call me to tell me this load of bs. After confronting the manager for my waisted time he told me his machine wouldn’t fit my truck, then it came out that they dont want to work on my truck because it has 40” tires on it, that les Schwab sold me in the first place. Do not appreciate being lied to and then told my vehicle needs parts that it’s obviously doesn’t. Bad business here, time wasters avoid if possible. Some alternatives in the chico area. Big O tires. America’s Tire. Costco, good luck and thanks for nothing les Schwab I’ll be buying my large toyos else where since you don’t appreciate my business.

They gave me an appointment for 1:00 told me it would take about an hour. At 1:55 my car hadnt even moved.What happened was a previous customer who was waiting on a part came in WITHOUT an appointment and they bumped me but didnt bother to tell me. Rude and unprofessional.
