Alicia came out to my business to look at its orientation and layout. She brought estimates with her and explained all of the ins and outs of alarm systems as well as what she considered to be the best fit for my office. They happened to have a next day install available so the following day, two gentlemen came out to my office and started the installation. They were very polite and respectful of the fact that we were trying to conduct business.The installation team VACUUMED MY ENTIRE OFFICE before they left. Thats what I call good service. Highly recommend.I also love my monitoring app - it alerts me when an employee arms/disarms the alarm, if the power goes out, etc. And I can arm/disarm remotely. SUPER convenient.Update 2019: Still in love with my alarm system and now I have one at home, too! I now also have the fire alarm system at my home. I cant tell you what a relief it is to know that if there is a fire while my husband and I are away, someone will be notified. Our dogs are like our kids and knowing that they are protected during the day gives me an incredible amount of relief.Update 2020: Still love both my systems. It took 4 years for my backup battery at my office to start to die. I was able to go pick one up for $30 and swap it out. Super easy! Thanks AES!

I bought a house which had an existing alarm system, but it wasnt set up the way I wanted it. So, Wayne gave me some great advice on how to modify the system to suit my requirements. Much to my surprise, everything was done the first day. I expected the first day was just a sales call, but instead their ace tech Larry started working right away to add some new zones as I had requested. Then Wayne gave me a great explanation of how everything works.A few days later, I had some questions about how something was working, and they had a guy out that afternoon to tune the programming of the system. I could not be more pleased with the fast service and the expertise of all 3 of the people I dealt with from Advanced Electric and Sound. I absolutely recommend calling these guys for security systems because they only charge $20 / month for monitoring, and I thought the going rate was $30 or $40/month. So, with the discount I get on my homeowners insurance, it only costs me a few bucks / month to have a monitored security and fire system.

Advanced Electric & Sound installed a central vac system in our older home and did such a professional and clean job, my wife and I decided to have them install a DMP Home Security Alarm System. We love the central vac, it works so much better than the Kirby, and knowing Advanced E & S is monitoring our house while were asleep or away for awhile, its great peace of mind and worth every penny.

They have responded immediately to any of my concerns on the phone if possible, or with on site tech support if necessary. I couldnt be happier with the service they provide.

AES set up my security system using existing system and converting it to work with cellular. The system works easily, and I can activate from anywhere that I have wi-fi.They also set up my sound system, and it works very well. They were able to connect with existing speakers. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company highly.

After being told it would cost between $400.00 - $500.00 dollars to put in our phone system we said go for it. When I received the bill for twice as much 2 months later, I called to discuss. I had asked the owner to call me and he showed up at our place of business to discuss with customers and employees around. He proceeded to tell me about how cheap this was how he just paid someone over a hundred dollars to install a printer. What??? I asked what that had to do with anything??I also let him know that the guys he had come in to do the installation unplugged our ref/freezer causing everything in it to spoil, and water all over the break room floor to sit over the weekend. His response NOTHING, not a word.Very unprofessional, NOT honest, and causes damage that they dont own up to. NEVER would use this company again!!
