The only way to have a chance of getting it right is to talk to a real person. However you have to be very very specific about what you want. Ive had Xfinity for 20 years off and on. Trying to cancel without getting extra charges is a nightmare. Forget calling or doing it online. But like I said be very specific when you come into the store. I thought I did everything right this time and still got charged. Not enough to waste my time getting it back. I cant believe Xfinity needs that few extra bucks.

This store in Chico is completely useless. Every time I go there they say they help me but they don’t. They told me today to call the 611 phone number because they weren’t able to transfer my account but when I called the 611 number they told me the people at the Chico store should have been able to help me. I don’t even know why people work there. They obviously are not doing there jobs correctly. This is my 3 month in a row going to the Chico store and 3rd time in a row they completely lied to my face. Horrible customer service. They should get a new team and management because they are doing a terrible job. If I can give them 0 Stars I would.
Off the main drag sits this oasis of delicious craft beer! Sick of Mexican beer? Go here, its a craft beer that rivals craft beer from California. Great prices as well. Limited seating outside and limited food is served. As order of french fries looks like it would serve 3 people! Last night I went there to discover live music which was awesome but also meant standing room only. The beer though, its well worth the journey!

The rep Tyler Wallsom was not custome service friendly. We actually ended up asking for the manager, which he did not get, so I knocked on the office door he told the guy that opened it to close it. I feel that on the day that my sister purchased this new phone, he was the one that waited on her, that he didnt do his job correctly which has caused all of her problems. He never showed her how the phone worked or anything. Whan we finally got to speak with the manager on duty, that also was a waste of time. I would never recommend going to this store to anyone!

First off, I tried changing my plan over the phone. It was a terrible experience that took forever. They then quoted me paying $10 less as the best that can be done. I hung up, as any wise person would do and drove over to the store. Within walking in the manager, a really nice guy, got me checked in and in minutes I was talking to an actual human! Forgot the guys name but he set me up with a plan that was around $50 a month that will never go up. Problem solved in less than 10minutes!
Been a member for many years, but this is my first time walking in to one. Get one on one service, and they take their time answering all your questions even if you dont buy anything. My visit was about mobile phone s. I already have internet service at home and including the Hot Spots which is all over. The phone deals are competitive, now they are just starting. They use Verizon Network.

We changed from Motorola phones to Apple. Didnt realize we would have to download all of our apps again. We were in the Camp Fire so had none of our login info. What a nightmare. Sooo we stopped back by and they helped us. Xfinity has way better prices than the Verizon store. So I think we are going to be way better off. We purchased 2 new 5G Apple phones & we are going to pay way less every month.
Store representatives lied to me saying my service would transfer to my new san diego address, i move to san diego and find out there’s not xfinity service and the closest store is 300 miles away. I’m glad though that they sold me a wifi plan instead of just telling me my service wouldn’t transfer. Special shout-out to the store manager who came over to check on the order and said it was all good (blatant lie because the service address should have come up as not available). He even told me to pick up the correct router IN SAN DIEGO which isn’t even physically possible because the closest location is bakersfield. So basically screw this store, they have terrible customer service. They would rather make a sale then help you out. Now i’m 85$ in the can because they won’t refund me and it’s all thanks to the workers and manager at this store. TLDR don’t trust a word they say and do your own research, i wish i had. Now xfinity has me by the balls and i can’t speak to a real person. THANKS XFINITY SCAM ARTISTS - oh i meant “customer service reps”
Very nice store. People are quick to help. Like you can custom your cable package etc. They also offer internet for those who may not know.
So glad they fully open, JJ looked to be frustrated and in a hurry when he took care of us, even elevated his voice to let me know he knows how to do his job. I hope he gets vacation or extra brakes JJ did help us but if I have 5o choose I wouldnt choose him to help me again
Although Xfinity ended up not fitting my needs due to living in a wild fire area, but the staff was amazing and very honest with me service was quick! Really wish it had worked! This is a great company.

The customer service is horrible. Made appointment was text got into the store waiting 20 minutes before we seen. Wait time 2 hours! This is unacceptable we all have lives and our time is just as valuable as theirs. Plus the employees have really bad attitudes they just dont want to be there.

My experience was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! I told the people working there how to fix the issue they ran into (I had to do it 2 weeks before with my new phone that was shipped to me). They wouldnt listen and said it might cause problems and didnt want to risk it. I literally told them to put the old Sim card in the new phone. What harm can that possibly cause?! We had to leave the phone we just bought and reach out to them the next day. My husband emailed the next day, as instructed. No response. The day after, the same thing. I drove to this store and told them I wanted the phone but we needed to plug the old into the new to transfer data. The guy decided to use wifi instead and it said 6 1/2 hours to transfer. I know I had much more data than my husband and mine (the one I did myself at home) only took 1 hour. I waited an hour, left for 2 hours and went shopping, came back and it still said 3 1/2 hours. I told him to plug them into each other like I said and he said they didnt have the cord for that...seriously?! It comes with the phone!! I opened the box and did it all myself, time went down to 12 MINUTES! I will never go back to this store ever again. I did more work than the 3 people I dealt with here and the customer service rep that I spoke with. The fact that I knew what to do in both situations and the people who work there didnt know solutions to such basic issues is appalling!!

The automated service almost never works, it takes at least 30 minutes to resolve an issue over the phone, and half the time it isnt resolved. A lot of unnecessary conversation during the calls as well.

Its Comcast... Even though youre waiting in the store it still feels like youre waiting for the the cable company to show up to your house somewhere between 8am-6pm. But once you get help the employees are very nice.

The people out doing the service do a great job but the people working in the office are about as rude as you can get, you have to wonder why their lives are so bad that they have to treat people so poorly. It a shame that the uneducated unskilled workers give this company such a bad name when the people out there actually doing the work do a pretty good job.
Because of covid-19 there was a guy outside basically seeing what youre there for and then allowing you to go in whenever there was an opening inside so you had to wait outside until your name was called. Anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes wait not too bad. Overall Im happy Im safe thank you Xfinity 👍
Comcast gives the service you would expect from an Eastern block country during the Cold War. I want to cut my wrist rather than call their customer support. They have the worst equipment and support on the planet! I came home today for an appointment that was scheduled between four and six. I made this appointment after speaking to four different techs and hours on the phone. No show! I call what does their support say “there was no appointment made” Is there a real alternative? Really enjoy that I am greeted at the moment I walk in, and directed to a friendly service person and I am taken care of quickly. The young man who I had help me with my issue friendly and knowledgeable about what the right solution would be fix the problem and I was on my way in no time.
I recently sold my home and was moving my services to another state. I had the pleasure of getting Jesus from the St Paul Retention center as my representative. Its hard to navigate this phone line or get a live person to talk to
Couldn’t be more irritated. I went in there for just strictly WiFi service. The dude tells me that because I’d be a new customer I will be receiving TV for free for the first month and then it’ll fall off. Second month bill comes around, haven’t used TV services at all and I get billed for TV. After that slimy extra commission stunt I go to return my rented modem after buying my own. I walk in and the dude says he’ll take it off my hands and because it’s serialized I don’t need to provide my account info or anything. 1 month later I get an email from a collections company saying I haven’t returned the modem. Luckily online customer support has cleared up all these issues. However I couldn’t be more irritated by the incompetence and unethical sales practices. The store itself sucks
The store itself was great, very helpful and pleasant employees, The phone service that set up the appointment was ridiculous and did nothing to help but mislead. Go straight to the store and deal with them youll be way better off.
I have my telephone, internet, alarm system and TV services all on Comcast. Twice in the last two months all of the services have gone off together. It took 3 days for them to show up and fix the problem the first time it happened. Yesterday when it went out again, I called and was told a technician would be there between 1 and 3. I stayed home from work because I didnt want to take the chance that they would be early and I would miss them. When they hadnt shown by 4, I called them. Was told they would be here TODAY between 12-2! So, thats two days off work and lots of headache and frustration trying to reach someone and get a straight story. Ive been a customer since 1994, but have cancelled my service and will use separate companies for each service now. NEVER put all of your eggs in one basket - losing every service at once and getting the runaround on when service will be working again is unacceptable!
We were told we had to go pick up the booster pods by xfinity. So drive to the store to get them only to be told they dont do that there. Heres a hint give a phone number and let customers call. I guess that would make to much sense.

Im not impressed with the channels they have to offer with my plan mostly because of the ridiculous amount of shopping channels and many many sports channels too. The list goes on. Another thing is the free to me games are out dated. However I enjoy the remote control and features. The access to YouTube. Every rep Ive ever interact with has been pleasant.

If there were any other company that could provide me with the speeds I get through xfinity I would happily go there. Customer service is a joke they strait up lie to you and always try to pass the problem off as user error. Being that they provide the only de ent service in town i strongly incurage any one who isnt tech savvy to take a friend who is.
It seems like an exclusive restaurant now, without the good food and costs you way more money.. you walk in and see greeted by a person who takes your name and has you sit on these rock hard couches or chairs.Unless you have a reservation, then they might see you right away.. or make you sit on the stone slabs as well.. on a busy day you can be sitting there for up to 20 minutes (45 is my record, I was just there to pick up new equipment.)They are friendly though hence why they got two stars instead of one.
Everyone at this Comcast location is always super friendly and helpful, especially Kiko, JJ, and Heather! On my most recent visit I was incredibly happy to see them taking the appropriate pandemic precautions. Thank you Comcast!
Line was long but I made an appointment so it wasnt too bad. It still took them until about 15 minutes past my appointment to get to me. Would definitely recommend making an appointment if you plan on going in here. My request was pretty simple (equipment swap) and once they called me it was taken care of promptly. The guy gave me a little bit of incorrect information but nothing I couldnt figure out.
Line was a bit long, but other than that, got what I needed from them as quickly as possible.

We just went today, a Saturday, to help our parent get a bundle service. Now that its at the mall, they have a nice waiting area, representative Nick gave us refreshments. When it was our turn, representative Jasmine took good care of us and set us up with what we wanted. By far, the best experience Ive had visiting a Comcast store in the past out on Eaton. Big improvement

I have been having issues with Comcast for a year with spotty internet. They still charge me 80 dollars a month for internet that goes out multiple times a day. My kid cant do his school work. I called today and the guy hung up after 19 minutes. He reset the wrong modem after me telling him that we had a Comcast test modem left at our home. It was hard to even get a hold of someone. I cant use anyone but them because they are the ones wired in my neighborhood.
Ive had a mixed relationship with xfinity. Between throttling, rude customer service, them not keeping their word, and slow communication...but theyre still the best internet at the price Ive ever encountered.
I do not care for comcast as whole. I give this tore 3 stars because its kind of hit or miss. Ive come here & had really nice employees be very helpful & friendly. Other times Ive come here & the staff helping me as well as others were very rude, not friendly or helpful, very dismissive, & they treat you like they dont care to keep you as a customer. The thing with that is, if they treat so many people like that & all these people decide to go elsewhere, like satelite or cut the cord & go other places for wifi, then they could potentially lose a lot of business.My very last visit, I was bringing in a cable box that Id just gotten less than a month prior, & it had been shutting down every night at 8:41pm, & not coming back on until sometime between 5:30-6:40am. I was told on the phone if I brought it in they could help me out with a credit for the ½ of the days I wasnt recieving services & that Id be given a new box. The lady was extremely rude, did not even want to give me a working box & refused to look into my account or even try to see about a credit. She simply told me to call customer service, then walked behind a door & didnt come back out. Finally I left. I was not happy with that service at all...

Had Comcast for twenty years at my home in Paradise Ca. before the Campfire. I have rebuilt my home in the exact same location. Now they say my area is not serviceable. There is three locations around my property that currently have Comcast. This company does not care one bit about their customers.

Not a fan. Ive been with Xfinity Comcast for about 3 years now. I began with them on an introductory rate. Once my deal expired, I began being billed at $180 a month. I was told when I began service that there was no point in JUST getting internet because it might cost EVEN MORE if I were to get it without the TV service. I just called up to cancel the TV portion of my bill. The representative I spoke with, David, urged me to reconsider. I would be paying $90 a month instead of the supposed $130 that I was being billed (apparently the $180 is after adding modem RENTAL and other taxes). I also noticed that Ive been billed $11 a month for their modem rental. With technology changing every 6 months to a year, Im renting a 3-year-old modem that I will NEVER pay off even when it becomes archaic. Modems from online to stores range from $30 to $150. Ive now paid $396 for my modem. CRAZY. And I still dont own it. Ill be looking for another service and one where I can buy and use my own modem and update it as I please. Forcing consumers to use services and hardware BUNDLES is the new norm for companies, but Im not buying it.

Fairly quick and painless, though as a client one looks around and sees people who appear to be doing nothing and wonder why they havent called your name.Crystal waited on us and was pleasant and relatively prompt. We were given our DVR and told to call a specific number once we had it all set up and they would activate it for us.Our angst was that we had a doctors appointment on the other side of town within 15 minutes. We made it on time so all worked out fine.Thank you Crystal.

Got there as it was opening to pick up new equipment and return the old one. Jasmine was attentive, friendly and took great care to make sure we got everything we needed. There at 10 a.m. out by 10:15.👍
Worst. Internet. Provider. Ever. If I could give them less than a whole star, I would. For years every time I have received service from them I have terrible connection (3mbs download speed, dropping every hour, etc), and every time I call them, they blame my equipment until I rent theirs (I buy the good stuff new, it ISNT us). Then, suddenly they admit to their fault but still refuse to fix it.

We spend 2.5 hours in this store trying to get a problem fixed that is existing since June.. Store was unable to help. Manager was suppose to call us on a Monday. He never called. We left voicemails. He never returned calls. Today, Thursday his voicemail is full. Problem is still not fixed. Customer service non existing.

Comcast in general, one of the sloppiest businesses with generally overall poor quality service. Listed as the worst support service in the U.S. by many. Now to make it worse, my home in Paradise, CA burned to the ground. I told them repeatedly Close The Account! They sent me a refund of monies I had overpaid. I thought the account had been closed. When I had to get a new internet line here in Oroville, I was surprised to have them refer to a linked account ... at the address of the totally destroyed house. So, until I can get that linked account removed, an account to a burned out, hole in the ground where a house once stood, I have to put up with the painful reminder of that terrible, tragic day every time I view my bill. But apparently Comcast doesnt care.
I was actually impressed how much Comcast has improved their customer interactions when we wanted to cancel service to one of our TVs. No haggling at all! Just took our box, scanned it into the system, gave us a receipt and it was off our account the next month!I was actually scared about going into here because I expected to be sold something but it was WAY better than expected!!!!

I felt very cared for here at this location. I have had my share of horrible experiences with xfinity Comcast but when I went in here they employees were very nice and very helpful. It felt like they were very transparent about what they would be charging and so far we have not had any issues with our Internet plan nor have we had any extra charges. So at this moment I have no complaints but for xfinity in general I would give them a 3 star rating because of the crapy things they have pulled on people(including me) in the past. They used to be known for horrible customer service and hidden charges. It seems like they are progressing and doing much less of that but still I dont think I will ever be able to fully trust them.
