Great customer service! My first time going to this business and Im fully impressed. I called ahead to ask about getting a spare key fob made. When I arrived they kindly greeted me, programmed the key fob, and had me on my way in under ten minutes. The price was very reasonable also! Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Ill definitely be back for any future needs!

The online appointment was made for the same day. The repairs were done in about two hours. The staff went through the checklists before and after the repair. I am very happy to get the phone repaired.

Terrible experience. The guy couldn’t find my key that was ordered for me. At first he tried to say I had it on me and was trying to get 2 keys out of him. Then he had me wait while he “thinned out the line” to program my key

When I posted this I was unable to write a review. I really love this store because they always have what I need. I have an older phone and they had a battery for it at a great price. The staff are so helpful. They even put the battery in my phone to make sure that it was the right one. They also sell different types is light bulbs.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S9 here because I had shattered my screen. They were so nice and fast, and had my phone repaired good as new! Colton helped me mostly, and he was very skilled, knowledgeable, and professional.General FYI they arent taking old batteries anymore. They gave a location, day of the week and time old batteries could be dropped off at a local waste facility though, which i thought was nice.

Great customer service! Definitely recommend. Samsung S8, almost 3 years old, would not turn on. Took in for battery diagnostic before purchasing new phone. Free diagnostic. Turned out to be a bad charger. Bought new cable for $15 and back out the door. Appreciated the honesty. A new battery and labor was very reasonable had it been necessary. I will definitely return.

I went into this store to try and get a battery for my keyless remote for my car. I waited there for minutes as neither employee had the time to acknowledge me or greet me. I finally just left. Safe to assume they wont be attending a black lives rally. If you are a minority like me, i wouldnt give them by business.

I waited on the telephone for 15 minutes to ask a simple question after 15 minutes I decided I would wait on hold and drive across town to the batteries last to ask the person in the store meanwhile I left my connection that was on hold to them running. Just by the time I was approaching the door they hung up on me. And proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do to help me with changing the back of my phone out and then rudely said you would have been better off just calling. Not recommended to anybody who wants any sort of good customer service or any human decency.

Refunded money for batteries that didnt work in toy.

I needed a car battery and after thinking I could get service at an auto parts store whom attempted to sell me a battery that was not quite right, I dont care what the Book says, when the vent doesnt match up to the tubes, Its not correct! As if I wanted the car battery to vent inside my car, you see the battery in my car is under the rear seat... Anyhow, So I went to BPB and would you believe it, the guys there knew how to help and found me the correct battery! Thank YOU!

I brought my Harley battery in for testing, which they do for free. In the process, someone accidentally recycled it. Oops! No problem, they gave me a brand new one at no charge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ill be sure to shop here again!

I looked for motorcycle batteries on line and found Batteries Plus prices and reviews to be good. They had my battery in stock and it was a perfect factory replacement battery. Good prices, factory specs and a good store location. Im back on the road again.

After having a bad experience yesterday with the phone repair place in mall that messed my daughters phone up more. We called these guys to see what they could do they fixed my daughters phone really fast they were very helpful and friendly thanks again guys highly recommended and will be back

Lee Hill and all these other customers Complaining sure do have one thing in common, nothing better to do with their lives then twiddle their little thumbs on this screen who’re no doubt over the age of 30 maybe actually say something to a manager if their is an issue like an ADULT without being like a fussy teenager would help fix this issue. I’m a regular customer at this store and I COMMEND the EMPLOYEES on the patience they have to have on a daily basis. They’re TRAINED employees and before even starting the job have to be evaluated on how to properly use any devices in the store including having the knowledge on how to properly charge batteries so get off your high horse for Pete’s sake and LISTEN TO WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY. It’s sad how often I’ve had to watch customers come in after me and be so rude, so demanding to employees who can only do so much. You need a new screen fixed and don’t want to wait an hour or two hours and get mad at the employees when there are only 2 people in the store able to fix phone and iPad screens go to Roseville and go to the Apple store and wait weeks to see someone!!! I’m tired seeing customers sh*t on these employees who deal with customers like you miss Lee Hill.

Great service! Replaced my iPhone battery quickly. Manager did the work himself.

On the phone, they were nice. I just needed a new battery. They asked for the phone password. NEVER GIVE YOUR PASSWORD! I noticed that there was a crack on my screen the next day. There’s no need to open the phone screen to change the battery. Also noticed a small white string coming out of the front top of screen. No way to prove. But I suspect they dinged it. You can apply some oil to hide a crack, I googled because I knew something wasn’t right. Left out a lot of details here. But my honest suggestion: do not trust. Sorry but I feel like they were dishonest.

Stopped in recently to have the battery replaced in my key fob for my car. The service I recieved was quick and efficient and fairly reasonably priced. I will return the next time I have a need to do so.

Poor experience. I just went in and needed a garage door opener battery. I was in the process of beginning to open the remote and the associate insisted to open it which I believed was a free courtesy then he charged me $4 just to pop the lid. I told him had I known this I would have continued to install the battery myself. He told me that most the time thats whats done and never offered another option. Very poor snobby attitude and lousy service. This dude should not be working here.

This store has been a life saver several times. If they dont have what I am looking for they will order it in or tell me where I can get it. I can also drag my defunct item in there and they will tell me the truth, they will forfeit a sale in order to take good honest care of the customer. And their prices are not higher than any where else. And even if they were their advice and knowledge is priceless. They have saved me a lot of time, frustration and money. I go there befirst.

It was quick but the shop did not have a line so several people stepped in front of me which delayed my pickup.

Purchased a phone battery about a year ago I went in today because it had gone bad. They replaced it for no charge whatsoever. Super friendly and helpful.

Needed a cell battery and good charge cord, they provided both with no wait.

This Batteries Plus location helped us tremendously with a problem we were having with our RV batteries. Like most RVers we know just enough about batteries to get us in trouble :) Luckily the owners, Mike, Norma and Jake are very knowledgeable about their products and were able to steer us in the right direction and help resolve our problem. They will be our go to source for batteries in the future.

I went to get my phone fixed about a year ago and they charged me an insane amount of money and the screen was still messed up. I recommend not getting your screen fixed here, they’ll just end up scamming out out of a lot of money and leaving you with a broken phone.

I purchased a battery for your MB C-300 on-line.1) When I went to store to pickup battery I was told I would have to take battery to MB dealer for install.2)When I took old battery back for core refund, The store staff could not find me/sale in the system and therefore was unable to generate a receipt (which was necessary for mail-in rebate, therefore no rebate)

This location botched my screen install by not using the correct glue (way to cheap out guys) and because of that my new screen cracked inside of 2 weeks, with no drops or shock to the phoneThey refused to warranty thier work on the grounds of the cracked screen. The employee insisted I broke it and insinuated I was lying.The manager apparently confirmed the reps lie, but wouldnt talk to meI left out of 150$ and with a broken phone.Stay away from these unscrupulous scammers.Same rude silver haired man as the post below me.
