This place is the best spot to go in Chico for anything car battery related. I didnt realize until I got there that they can test alternators as well as your battery. They were able to determine that my battery was going bad and although I didnt buy a replacement from them as my battery was under warranty from a different shop Im definitely going back to Battery Systems for future purchases and help. I purchased a Odyssey battery from an online retailer that went bad. Turns out the battery was older than it should have been when they sold it to me. Battery Systems tried to help me every way they could. Turn out the battery was still under warranty so they replaced it. Now I had a battery that I had purchased from Battery Systems and a warranty battery. Battery Systems refunded my money for the battery they had sold me. They didnt have to do this. This wasnt their mess. If I knew they sold Odyssey batteries I would have purchased from them in the first place

I have been a patron of this business before and would so recommend them again. I was told by AAA that my battery was gone, yet when I was towed to this business I was told that my battery was just low and that they would charge it for me w/o charge. I was so pleasantly surprised that a business, which could have taken advantage of my naivete, charged my battery and sent me on my way that I have trusted this business to do best by me! My battery died(after 9yrs!) and this business replaced my dinosaur with a guaranteed depreciating replacement over the next 10 years! Support this hometown business; Costco takes enough of your $$$!
