Kimberly was very helpful. I wanted to reset the high security password and 8 digit pin. She successfully got that done. I went to other metro stores and they didn’t help us. Kimberly quickly understood what we wanted and got it done quick.

Rude staff. Always close early. Never answer phone. And they have cheap phones because thats what they are...CHEAP. It took me 2 months to get a phone I made insurance claim on. And it didnt even work! Awful. Staff NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Changed providers. JUST NO. NO.

The people there are pretty knowledgeable. They werent able to help with my problem, were able to help me figure out who I needed to go to to resolve it.

My experience was excellent! The service I received when I purchased my phone and my plan was prompt, professional and courteous. I had some difficulty with my previous carrier porting my old phone number over. I went back in to the store the next day and one the young ladies working there - I believe shes a manager - was on the phone for at least a half an hour with her people and the other companys until my issue was solved. I found everyone to be knowledgeable and willing to help. Everythings worked as advertised ever since and I have no complaints.

For a Metro store they are helpful. Shop around other stores and you can find a lower price for the phones. The plans are all the same what each dealer will sell you the phone for is dramatically different.

This is one of the best locations I have come across. The ladies working here are very helpful and answer all my questions. They also gave me a great deal on a case and screen protector. When visting the other locations they were not helpful at all! I highly reccommend this location, you wont be disappointed.

Metro is Great People selling a Great phone for way less than the other Not so Great carriers! You will definitely notice the difference when your bill comes in the mail.

I had a different carrier for 6 years. I switched to this company and instantly regretted it. The staff at this location arent friendly and dont offer solutions but have a rather you get what you get type of attitude. I wouldnt recommend going here unless its your last choice or you cant afford a better carrier.

I went in there to add on the mobile hotspot feature onto my phone and the young man with blonde/brown hair that worked there on February 25, 2019 at around 10:45 am spoke to me with no respect. He looked up my plan and told me I already have 5 GB of hotspot. I told him that I was sure that the lady who I talked to before said that is a feature I would have to add. But he still said I already had it. And of course, I tried it after I left and a screen pops up saying that I need to go back in to add the feature. This kid did not know what he was doing and did not even try to be a positive worker. I have had better experience here before

This was my worst metro experience ever this store had 1 employee and 1 other customer besides me they were already helping buy a phone but after waiting 50 minutes just to pay my bill wotch didnt get done i left no sorry about the wait or a are you here to just pay a bill nothing. It should not take 50 minutes to pay a bill in cash in a almost empty store flat out bad customer service at this store just going to go to the other store

This business doesnt even deserve a star! They deserve to be shut down for their egregious exploitation of their customers and willingness to damage customers property in an attempt to void the warranty and sell you a new phone! We went into this location to exchange my husbands phone because the touch screen was unresponsive. NOTHING ELSE was wrong with the phone--no scratches,no water damage, NOTHING! Just before the exchange was completed, the representative Diana claimed to see water damage under the screen after she scratched it and pressed as hard as she could in the upper left corner while allegedly cleaning the screen. When we questioned her, she became defensive immediately and tried to say she didnt do anything. I have video proof of her lies! It can also be reasonably assumed she had something hidden in her cleaning cloth to scratch the screen. Never in my life have I seen such shady underhanded business practices!

The people working here do everything in there power to not warranty there products and like to pretend they are knowledgeable when in reality Ive met smarter bricks this should not be a corporate store the one on East Ave off the freeway Will do everything they can to help you thats the only one here in chico worth a damn

I have to agree with the woman that reviewed below, It seams to be the business culture to decline legitimate warranty claims in a effort to sell products.I would provide more details but my phones not working well enough to proceed, FUBAR !
