Went in because my phone was have issues and they put in a new sim which was good did a soft restart and it was still having a few issues and the guy there said he couldn’t fix it and told me not to stress that maybe sometime off my apps where good and not to cry over spilt milk! Make sure youre prepared to enroll in a plan if buying an IPAD, cant buy them outright at a corporate store, must be signed up to a pre paid or other plan. Wait may be longer than usual if busy, so be patient, their service was good once its your turn.

On Oct. 17 my daughters phone got damaged and we took it into the verizon at the Chico mall. Marco helped us get a new phone using our insurance with Assure. He was very professional and walked us through the process of filling out claim. He was awesome!

UPDATE: I never get replies from the owner on my reviews, and I think this shows that he/she really cares about their business and I appreciate that as a business owner myself! I have changed my review to reflect this, so maybe things will get better.Pick another store!! My parents went to buy a new phone and unfortunately didnt have an appointment and they told them they couldnt help. There were 5 employees standing around doing NOTHING! So book an appointment for right then?!?! They were rude to my sister and I when we went there last week too, not helpful at all. I went to a different store a month ago and didnt have an appointment and they squeezed me in and there werent employees standing around with nothing to do. Just go to a different store.

I did not have an appointment set because I was not aware of this new rule😔However, upon entering your Verizon Store I was lucky enough to run into an extremely professional and nice gentleman named, Salvador😇He was single handedly multitasking between three different customers in order to make sure we were all taken care of😯I like this guy so much that I wish I could of taken him home😉I also now know who I will be setting up appointments with in the future😁Salvador should be a model for verizon or an example of a perfect in store employee😉In conclusion, this man is intelligent & deserves recognition😁

Stopped by twice, I was told to make an appointment. Called in 5 times. App doesnt let business customers make an appointment, they have their phones forwarded to the 800 so you can never talk to the store, the 800 cant schedule appointments. Even the workers at this store say, The 800 number has no idea of our schedule. Get the run around to another sales rep for business, Harbeer. Who then quotes me $240 for a group plan of 5 lines over the phone, then sends the proposal for review at $305.....A third increase in price and playing games in not my idea treating customers like they are human.I would do it all online if the Verizon website didnt crash on almost every page.Update: 11/16/20I emailed as suggested and surpise.....no response from Verizon again.

Terrible help with resolving issues. My cell phone number was illigally ported from Tag Mobile to Verizon by a woman who stole My information. Police report was filed (T20002309) and the woman in the store on mangrove refused to give the Police officer any information regarding the account holder who stole My number. She claimed She had to protect her customers. So in short verizon protects theives who steal peoples information and identities. They refused to reverse the port back to My Mobile carrier and They refused to suspend and assign the person a clean phone number which puts My identity at risk. If i suffer damages verizon will be held liable for any and all damages that occur because of their dedication to protecting a theif. I certainly dont like waking up from a nap 9pm to find that My phone was unable to make calls or texts when it worked fine at 6pm that day.They had the nerve to tell me If I was a verizon customer I would of been protected from that however all They did was show me why I dont want to be a verizon customer. Im not going to give My money to a company who refuses to do the right thing. I use TAG Mobile because My family lives on a 1 person income and I cant afford a paid plan for phone services because My spouse had brain surgery and My work hours were reduced.If verizon wants to fix this So that My identity is no longer at risk suspend that number and assign her a new one. The company knows who I am. Ive included the Police report tracking number and They know the number that their valued customer stole from me. Suspend it and assign her a new clean number.

My mother, brother and I went into Verizon to see the available options they offered for my brothers phone. His phones touch screen had stopped working and other than a small crack his phone was in great condition.We were greeted by an associate who had excellent customer service and reassured us on the wait time.Although there was no where for us to sit inside the store, at least there was many cool electronics for us to look at while we waited.The other associate who was assigned to us was efficiently helpful in assisting my brother in how he can fix his phone. The warranty service through Verizon can be costly. Your phone must be perfect or your paying at least $500 for minor water damage or some other damage you may not of known your phone had.Their insurance plan is amazing and it will replace the phone for free which is pretty affordable if you ask me.You can contact and fill out your insurance claim online or by phone and have your broken phone replaced.Overall the visit was short and helpful.

Verizon can be a shady company but they are the best option out of all the shady companies. All I can say is some of the in store staff are incredible and I recommend using your brain to determine who looks the most tech savvy when you walk through the door. That being said the actual company itself and not just this store love to wreck your bill. Keep a close eye on it and make sure to deal with it accordingly.

Reviewing this Verizon Wireless location and leaving my opinion of VZW as a mobile provider aside, -this store is great, and good thing if youre a Verizon Wireless customer. Dont even walk into any of the other third party owned Verizon stores, and that goes for any cell phone provider. Here theyre not too pushy, you can browse, and there is only a mild hint of smugness. Overall, when you cant get answers or solutions with theyre laughable customer support on the phone, come here. Youll leave happy or at least satisfied.

Verizon chico mall, spent 2 hours and got 1 phone, the other that was there they took back. Back next day and still could not get phone that was there for me. talked to a different person and found out the guy before messed up on phones and how he billed me. worst experience with phones ever. Still fighting to get the other phone even after I paid for it. they got there money and thats all they care about.

I have had nothing but excellent service from Verizon in Chico Mall. The people are fantastic, the products are in stock and there is a great selection. It took very little time to get our phones switched from ATT and ready to go with new cases. Good experience. I highly recommend them.UPDATE... The new hostess is a complete snotty witch. I will stay away until shes gone.

I got there around 10:30 am and was seen right away. All of my questions were answered. I received help with my phone right away. I usually only go to this Verizon for my questions and help with any problems I may have with my devices. I just find them very helpful and they make whatever calls they need to make to get my questions answered if they dont have an answer or to get approval for any discounts theyre trying to offer.

Took hotspot in because it stopped working. Because it was prepaid we were told there was no warranty. We would have to pay for a new one which cost$200. When we got home my husband suggested we switch batteries and see if the old one would work. It did! No one at the store had suggested we try that. When we took the new one back two hours later we had to pay a $50 restock fee!! Wrong so wrong.

Based on my experience at this store, I feel compelled to point out that Visible, Straight Talk, TracFone and Page Plus Cellular now all offer Verizon network plans that are way cheaper - and often have more data and messages.I appreciate that Verizon has improved service by opening their network to these alternate plans. They really have made the hassles with a Verizon store like this one, truly obsolete.

With the exception of one customer salesperson rep (Dawn, whos amazingly helpful), everyone else Ive dealt with in that store recently, has given me misguided information and have only done the bare minimum to find answers to my questions, which they usually end up giving me an, I dont know you gotta call corporate. Even though, they are a corporate store. I watched a close friend of mine get screwed for almost a thousand dollars, and no one, not even corporate, is willing to make it right. Despite the fact that shes been a loyal customer for 15 years. So clearly, the longer you stay, the less significant you are. So I wont be staying long, especially to be treated like I dont matter.

Nobody knows anything. And they all have a different answer. Went in the store and added 3 lines they told us they would wave activation fees and of course they never did. And I was also charged for other things that come up on my bill. I ended up calling Verizon customer support and they took care of it. They also told me that they have alot of customer complaints from the stores and that you are better off to deal with custom services on the phoneAll this store cares about is making there commission

Been with the company for 16 plus years, unfortunately the three times I have been at this location I have gotten loads of attitude and disrespect from the customer service reps. When they talk on the phone with Verizon customer service they are extremely rude to the phone reps, and I have seen many people come in with issues only to be treated with extreme amounts of disrespect. If you are having trouble with your phone or network I highly recommend going to any other Verizon location or handling your issues over the phone with customer service. You will leave in a worse state than you arrived. Thats the Chico mall Verizon guarantee. Here are some quotes from my most recent visit... You know we arent tech support right? Yeah, thats why we called you... I already said, I am the manager of the store

There is someone to immediately greet you at the door and help you quickly get what you are looking for. They have been running a special for awile of reimbursing you up to $650. To switch from your current carrier plus some kind of buy a phone get a phone free or buy a phone get a free tv. Best service coverage of any other cell phone carrier. They are more expensive than At&t or T-Moble but you get coverage everywhere.

This is a review on the sales tactics employed by the sales people at the Verizon store in the mall.For those of you that are familiar with the term bait-and-switch, will see the sales tactics for what they are.I was told that I qualify for $240 off of a new tablet. I have a 4 year old Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 that works great. I thought since its older I could upgrade to a 10 inch tablet that would perform at least as well. I told him about the tablet I had already, and wanted to be sure that the 10-inch tablet performed as well. He assured me that it would. The total cost of the upgraded tablet was $340. I paid the $100 difference, and felt pretty good about that deal. Upon leaving the store I casually asked him if the tablet comes with a data plan or phone number. He said yes it does all of our tablets come with that. I told him I didnt want to data plan nor did I need a data plan.He informed me that I could opt out of the data plan, but that I had to pay the full price of the tablet. I said how is that $240 off, if I have to pay you $10 per month for the next two years for a data plan Ill never need or use.I then told him that I had no idea that would have been automatically included in the deal. I thought I had to ask for a data plan before I was charged for data plan. He told me that everybody knows Verizon automatically includes data plans with all of their tablets.Ive been in customer service quality control before, and the piece of advice I have for this guy is to never call a customer stupid. Sure, he didnt actually say the word stupid, but when you tell somebody that everybody knows something that everybody obviously doesnt know, youre basically calling them stupid.I left the store not feeling very good about the experience, but trying to look on the bright side of having a brand new tablet that was going to perform just as well as my older one but with the larger screen.However, to my dismay, that 10-inch tablet was pretty much garbage. Slower, in every single way possible.I returned the tablet and they charge me a 30 something dollar restocking fee. I was a bit upset about the restocking fee because I bought something I didnt want and something they are selling me that they should have known I didnt want. I guess Im under the impression that the sales people at the Verizon store in the mall know more about what theyre selling than I do. I should not have assumed such things.I do not recommend this Verizon store. I dont know if this is common practice across all Verizon stores or not. But I know one thing is for certain, I will buy my tablet on Amazon or Ebay. I dont care about paying full price anymore. Im just not going to give any of those guys a sales commission.
