I love this place! Good people and good customer service. Except for one time when thisady didnt want to wear a mask. Thats her right because she might have disabilities making it so she cant wear a mask. She left and I immediately witnessed the employee who offered her a mask. Call her a Karen and then proceed to make a mean face at her behind her back. You guys really need to not judge and be rude to what can be or might have been a disabled person.

The store can be kinda crowded sometimes but overall its a pretty good store

Its your average run-of-the-mill mall Hot Topic store. However the young lady working was very attentive to my presence and offered assistance and never went to far away from me so I was able to ask her questions on some random items. Great customer service 😊

Great staff & excellent service

I enjoy some of their prints on jeans, and that they have items with some of my favorite pop culture lines, such as Sailor Moon. Sometimes the clearance rack has good deals too. The staff were very friendly when I had to do a return. However, I often find it confusing figuring out which deals combine with other deals in the store, so I find it easier to shop at the Hot Topic website and get the most bang for my buck. Of course, all their products are made in China without regard to any Fair Trade or environmental considerations, so its an ethical compromise for me to purchase anything from them. Sometimes it is worth it to get some functional but aesthetically pleasing items like a colorful belt, Bobby pins with a Sailor Moon theme, or a Gryffindor hat.

I love this store. Except they dont carry clothes in 3x or 4x which isnt cool

Theyre so kind and helpful! They have a really nice selection especially jewlery.

They never have clothing that I actually like in my size but I found a Black Cult Society shirt in 2x and a lets summon demons shirt in XXL today which is awesome because I love when my clothes are baggy and not super tight. Absolutely happy with my purchases today!

It was all you would expect, edgy music and clothing/jewelry with high price tags but lots of stuff I would still consider buying even seeing the tag.:) I was greeted twice so that goes to show about the friendly staff. :)

I go here for Funko pops, but the staff is great very welcoming & polite!

My girls took me there. The staff was friendly and polite. Only problem I had was it was dimly lit. I had some trouble getting around the shop.
