Thouroughly impressed with the amount of bacon I got on my breakfast sandwich. It was amazing and definitely worth going back for.

The lady with the long curly hair is amazing and so sweet and got me hooked on these amazing cheese bagels with bacon and cream cheese it is too different and she just knows what any pregnant chick would love to have oh my God she is awesome

Ive tried my drink I love from this place at many other places now and no one makes it like they do. Fast friendly efficient quality ingredients. I always get a small triple shot oatmilk latte hot and boy do they kill it 💯

Yes this is my first time coming to Java and I must say put of all the coffee spots I have traveled to including in Columbia! Aside from the tastes the young lady named China she was by far the best waitress and had outstanding customers service the world could definitely use more people like her I give this place a ten star review

Their service and staff are phenomenal along with their drinks. Unfortunately I can never leave a tip with my card for the hard working girls. Hey owners or upper management, get with the times and change your cc swipers to allow for tips or else all of your faithful employees will soon be working for the competition aka DUTCH BROS . It’s damn near 2020, get with the times!

Consistently good coffee. Somewhat slow when there is a line and usually just one barista. Love the happy hour from 5-7.

The coffee is overly sweet compared to the competition, but the staff is friendly and professional without seeming fake.If Im right there I might swing in during happy hour, but if Im a little bit south or east Ill hit up Dutch Bros instead.

The service was great, but the quality of the drink was very poor. There are so many options I wont be bothering to try it again. The flavors were unbearable on the 2 specialty drinks ordered, overly sweet and watery (blended concoctions), and my daughters Oreo milk shake was more like milk with some cookies crushed in it. If the location was more accessible I would have gone back to return them.

Im pretty sure I have written a bad review for this place before. But here is another one. If I could give this place negative stars for the worst customer service ever. I would. Not only were the breakfast sandwiches cold, cheese not melted and the croissant not toasted. We pulled up behind someone else in line. But when we got to the window they had apparently stopped wanting to serve customers. We waited thinking maybe they were busy finishing something up in the back. They werent by the way. We could hear there gossiping from the window. I yelled hello trying to be polite to get there attention. Eventually we had to honk the horn at them. Thats when they came to the window and apologized for not knowing we were there. I know they heard us bc everytime I would try to get there attention by talking to them from the window they would stop talking and get quite.Literally the only time we come here is once in a blue and usually for the breakfast sandwiches. And everytime something goes wrong with food and always the customer service. Which is why we never go here!Please hire some better employees.

THIS IS SPECIFICALLY THE PLACE ON THE CORNER OF ESPLANADE, & EAST AVE. Ill never go back again. ILL STIVK WITH THE FRIENDLY CARING EMPLOYEES AT THE JAVA ON MANGROVE & E. FIRST. AVE.So, the staff are extremely rude! I have been going to this one & the one on mangrove for well over 13 years, & Ive never been treated so poorly. The manager Tori couldnt even treat me with basic customer service respect. They were very rude, & not professional at all! Ive never had such a horrible experience at this, or any coffee shop ever. So, when I first came thru, Id ordered an xl hot mocha & asked that the shots be fresh, & pulled right when they are ready, that is $5.05. They gave me a large hot mocha, & charged me $5.40, which is for an xl blended, I believe. I didnt even say anything, I just asked for the extra large hot mocha that Id ordered, & let them keep the extra change. And I left. It tasted horrible. The shots were over cooked, while 2 of the 3 girls in there were chatting at one of the busiest times of the day. So when I came back to talk to them when it was slower, that was when the manager was extremely rude, tried to shut the door in my face, & refused to remake my coffee so I had to drive to the one on Mangrove to get my coffee.
