The people that work there are great and their hot and ready food is actually very good if your on a budget, one of my favorites being the mini beef tacos. However this time when I ordered them they were hard as a rock, been sitting there since morning stale tacos. So hard I cant even break them in half. The whole purchase was honestly a waste of money because I cant even get my teeth in them to eat it. Its very disappointing that they wouldnt be rotated out with fresh food at some point. Otherwise a great snack spot.I went back and asked them to make new ones which were of course better than ever.

Clean store, best coffee bar anywhere in chico for a convenient store, and great friendly employees...except for the new kid that always wears the camo mask... (sorry kid)BEWARE OF THE FLAVORED COFFEE AT THIS 7-ELEVEN IF YOU HAVE A COCONUT ALLERGY!!!I stop and get my blueberry coffee before work every morning and even sometimes on the weekend on my way out of town. Its so good that I have resorted to buying their packs that they make the coffee from as their blueberry coffee pot always seems to have coconut in it now! I have made 3 complaints now with management and this kid is going to end up killing someone with a coconut allergy by mixing the coffees. Even went so far as to bring it to the new kids attention the other morning while he was cleaning the coffee bar that there was coconut in the blueberry coffee AGAIN after having to dump out my coffee outside and come back in to make a new cup (is always 2 pots of coconut and 1 pot of blueberry available in the mornings) and his response was The blueberry is done for the day. My obviously irritated response, So why is the blueberry pot still out and why is there coconut in it? He just walked away. Go back in again this morning after my 3 complaints AND talking with him, and there was friggin coconut in the blueberry coffee again this morning! Kid just needs to be fired if he cant seem to care about the fact that his carelessness could actually end up killing someone with an allergy.

This store is prejudiced toward out of state students. They will not accept any ID other than California. Go to the Dino Mart right down the street instead, they are friendlier and will treat you with respect.

It is the only close conveinance store and is over priced for college kids! The employees; I am sure who deal with a lot of crap; are a little rood, pushy, assume too much, sometimes do not listen! But I am glad they are there but would rather visit a grocery store!

Sketchy 7/11 dont leave your car unlocked around here. Tons of bums and not really a good place.
