This is the best gas station/liquor store in town!! The attendants are always very friendly and helpful. They have everything from food to gas and propane to alcoholic beverages and non alcoholic beverages and everything in between.

The younger and older gentlemen who work there are very chill, kind people and the younger cashier cracks jokes that help people start their day on a good note. Thankful for the Chico people who still think customer service and good quality interactions are the best way to stay in business.

Called to ask a question about a certain credit card and couldnt understand a word he was saying, I was being very polite also. I had to ask 3 different times the same question because he did not understand my simple question.HE HUNG UP ON ME....Well I wont go there to get my gas or anything else.

The younger indian dude was very rude and disrespectful said I stole from him I just came in to purchase milk and gas I emptied out my pockets to show him and he still didnt believe me asked me what I did with the bottle he ended up throwing a soda bottle at my head told me to never come back.that guy has no business working customer service

Ripped OFF!!!I went into this gas station and bought a small roll of tums, and a big bottle of coconut water, that was five dollars. When I opened the coconut water, not even 5 minutes later, it smelled and tasted rotten! the exp date on it said march 2015, so I assumed maybe the seal had broken. Regardless, I walked back to the station within 10 minutes of my purchase, to see if I could exchange it for a new one, or get my money back. The guy at the counter said that if the product isnt past the expiration date, then theres nothing he can do. I ask him if I could just get another on, it was 5 dollars, and shouldnt be bad, I even made him smell it! He still told me he couldnt help me. Since I wasnt going to be drinking rotten water, I told him he may as well keep it, because it was BAD!! I was so disappointed and felt totally ripped off! I work very close to this station, but will NOT be buying anything else from there, Vallero is across the street, so Ill be taking my business there from now on!!

If i can give it 0 stars i would. I needed to use the restroom and the door to the restroom says for customers only, so i buy 7 dollars worth of merchandise and ask him can i use the restroom he tells me no he is off in 10 minutes it was some foriegn guy at 11:50 pm on a Wednesday night. I almost wanted to say i want a refund because i gave you buisness and you couldnt let me use the restroom. Smh.

If there was such thing as a no star rating thats what I would give this place the punk kid that runs this place most of the time has got a major attitude he needs a lesson in customer service the type that we have here in America thats built this great country to what it is today. I go to this gas station all the time to fill my propane tanks I dont go there as often as I could mainly because of this kids attitude. So this morning I go there to get a tank filled again, he filled the tank but when it came time to pay for it my card was declined, now Im in there all the time, religiously, he tells me Im going to have to leave my tank there, when I get my tank out of the car to give to him I tell himmy tank better be there when I come back now at this point theres been a history of attitude and Im receiving some of it as we speak so I tell him as well that in fact he and my tank better be there when I come back because this is kind of the last straw for me I wanted to be able to pay what I owed and request his name and or phone number of the owner so I could talk to the man that I believe owns the gas station who I had met many times before and this man truly knew the meaning of customer service. I thought enough is enough its time to file some sort of complaint because not only have I had many issues with this young man but I know three to four other people that have told me they had the same issues with the same young man. Show when I put the tank down in front of him and say what I say he says Im here right now and walks towards me threatening that he wants to get physical. Obviously at this point I feel like squeezing his head right off his shoulders I dont back down but I dont swing at him or threaten him I just kept asking for the owners phone number of which he refused to give me. Then he tells me hes calling his security and I asked him security what do you mean by security and he tells me you go get your boys. Ill be honest I told him he had horrible business skills because no matter what a customer says its just words you never respond by threatening violence I left and now Im giving all of you a glimpse inside a local gas station business that should be boycotted and shut down. I cant imagine this is the first complaint against this kid and obviously the manager or owner does nothing to fix it.
