Had some clients come into our shop earlier today and found out donut nook is open 24 hours thats so awesome we always get off late never get up early especially to eat so its super convenient the kids live it they have fantabulous donuts and a window where you can see them being made the kids love that and the employees are nice its always clean and the prices are super cheap its my go to for donuts 🍩😊

Great place for a work donut pick up. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I told the person behind the counter I wanted 2 dozen variety, and she made some great picks. Everybody at work was really happy about the donuts!

In Chico since @ 1977 or so. I remember the original owner, God rest his soul. 😥 I do know this as an old Chico favorite...(like myself 😉) They taste a bit different, no doubt, but still crowded any given weekend morning.

I came in. The emoyee was sweeping. They finished and did not bother to wash their hands. I asked them to do so and was scolded. I have also seen the donut maker move trash bins, touch their skin, phone, cup then mix dough. There are many more cases. Please fix your sanitary practices.

RUDE AND ABRASIVE!!!!I witnessed the young man snap at a minority in front of me because she had a debit card and not cash.When I asked the young lady for custard filled bars she said they didnt have any. Employees not wearing masks during peak of covid pandemic....Normally this stuff doesn’t bother me accept when there is exposed food you’re working with. Best donuts in town, def some of the best donuts i have ever had. I dont even want to say this because they are already hard to get, but the devils food cake donut with chocolate icing is fire. Great local donuts shop. However, if youre concerned about Covid19 probably should avoid this place. They dont require their customers to wear masks and none of the staff wear masks either.

Pros: Really good donut shop with an old school throwback decor (feels like youre back in the 80s). Pre-Covid customer service was always pretty good.Cons:. Cash only. Theyve been rather visible/vocal about their non-compliance with COVID health recommendations, (no masks/no hand washing/they get agitated when customers bring it up etc.) so if thats important to you, I would stay away until the pandemic resolves.

Refrigerated and cold Boston creme donut, not a single employee wore a mask and they rushed and hurried me to pick my donuts. Overall the donut tastes pretty good, but why would you keep a donut cold and in the fridge? And to think, our President has COVID, but this establishment thinks it’s above health standards is insane. Won’t be going back. Enjoy if you like a risk of COVID with your food.

Good Donuts. Most Donut shops make their Donuts early in the morning. When I say morning I mean around 4 or 5 AM. Donut Nook is still making Donuts at 9:30 AM giving customers a fresh warm treat.

Love, love, love their donuts. Tigers tails are a must (if you get there at the right time) and even if you dont eat the donuts right away, they still taste just as good two or three days later.

These were the freshest donuts I ever had and I have had a lot of donuts during my life. The donut nook was clean, well presented and mouth watering delicious. No kidding and no exaggeration.
