Employees were there to help if I had any questions. The store is clean and neat. They have a wide variety of things that you may need.

Im giving this Tractor Supply Co one star due to their lack of care and understanding for their chicks and ducklings. They have a brooder that is too cold for any hatchling. The water was empty. The ducks looked dehydrated and weak. Fact about ducks is that they need their food and water right next to each other so that they wont choke. Otherwise they will choke if they dont have water to drink their food down with. I hope their employees get trained to care for animals in the correct way. Im sad for the loss of life and quality of life that they give to ducklings and chicks. I hope that someone fixes this issue.

Block alfalfa for my livestock and nobody told me their delivery driver was out for a week so now my animals are hungry because they didnt do their job and I dont have a way to haul it because its so late in the day

I went there for some winter garden seeds and the floor guy was a condescending jerk. The coward couldnt even look me in the eyes. If you have long head and facial hair avoid this dump. They also did not have the seeds I was looking for. Peace out.

Every time I go they have what I need and everyone that works here is really helpful and nice.

Great variety of animal food, helpful & friendly staff. They have everything for farm life: western clothes, garden essentials, tractor and equipment hardware, animal supplies, farm toys, and more. We even found canning jars here when everyone else was out.

Paradise CA store is ignoring the state mask mandate. I walked in and walked out, the cashier wasn’t even wearing her mask properly.

This place is a dream.It has things I didnt even know existed. Most everything here is a good price, except for a few things you can get cheaper elsewhere. The thing that stuck out to me most was the sheer amount of stuff they have for sale.Now, I know you cant really beat Amazon because that stuff comes right to your door, but if you arent sure what you need, this is the place to go to find it.Theres something to be said for holding something in your hand before you buy it.I will be back and often.

Tractor Supply carries some unique items for the Home & Farm. I like the fact that they sell nuts and bolts Etc by the pound. I can get the exact amount that I need without having to buy a several individual small expensive boxes. They have feed 4 animals on your farm along with Pet Foods & supplies. They also carry vaccinations for farm animals and pets. They also carry a lot of hardware including fencing and Gates.For ladies, gentlemen and children they have country style clothing and boots. I bought the cutest pair of pink coveralls for my 2 year old granddaughter here at Tractor Supply. In the spring they have chicks and ducklings. They also have all the supplies to raise them.

Tractor supply in Chico is awesome. I had no idea I could buy dog food, chicken food and rabbit food while getting Christmas decorations for my yard. Blaine the manager on duty was super helpful and knowledgeable. What a sigh of relief to be able to shop at a retail store and still get great customer service. 2 thumbs up!

No one will answer calls for customer help over the speaker. Waited 30 minutes, they called for a load out 5 times, ended up asking for my money back and left because I was late for an appointment. It wasn’t even busy there was maybe 6 people in the whole store!

Good store with quite a variation of supplies. The weird thing was I didnt see any tractors. So? Whats up tractor supply? However a lot of other things I like like western wear and boots. Oh and peddle boats and rocking chairs too.

This place is awesome for so many things... they had replacement hand truck tires when we couldnt find them at home depot. Ive found some amazing gifts here as well over the years

My girlfriend absolutely loves the place. I dont not like it, but it seems like every time I have a question that I need answered I cant find anybody so I have to walk up to the front. I have never been asked if theres anything that I need help with which is also a downfall. Everything that they have is reasonably priced and of good quality.

Have to say, the people are friendly and smile, they do ask if you need help, and the store is organized and almost never messy. especially if you have animals, pets, etc, its pretty convenient. I prefer it to petco.

You can find just about anything when you go into this place. I will say though, that some things are a little bit pricier (like food) that you can get other places, cheaper. Most items are pretty unique in their own way, and I really enjoy coming here for my dogs.

This is a great store. Best place in town for anything pet related. The staff is very prompt and knowledgeable and are always there to help. Boots, pet supplies, clothes, farm equipment this is the spot for it all.

Everything you need for your farm animals as well as domestic pets. They sell boots of all kinds, jeans, jackets, shirts, pet items, fencing, chicken coops, pipes, generators, some farm equipment. Plenty of parking, handicapped accessible. Organized, clean, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, great sales. They also sponsor free Vet Clinics.

Good place. However, I have to recommend one of the local feed stores as they are WAY more helpful and the prices are the same... and... well, they’re LOCAL! I like Wilbur’s! If you need something other than farm and feed supplies, Tractor Supply does have other stuff.

Employees are so much more polite than the harbor freight across the street, and believe it or not, there were many of the exact same items at tractor supply as harbor freight, but tractor supply was several dollars cheaper!!! Kudos to tractor supply!

I buy my dog food here 4-Health which is a 4 star dog food. They carry a wide variety of dog food brands. They sell a vast mixture of things like trailers, farming equipment, gun safes, pet food and supplements, clothing both mens and women, boots, hats and much more.

My husband and I went there yesterday to find a wheelbarrow. We found one outside that look like it may work, but there was no price on it and when we went inside oh, there was absolutely nobody to help. I am not impressed with so many items lacking prices nor am I impressed with such a lack of help, especially on a Saturday.

The management really goes the extra mile to help the customers, your average employee is a little hit or miss, which is kind of party for the course in almost every box store these days. They carry a lot of animal food varieties and they do a fair job on keeping inventory in. Fun place to look around, Im always surprised by what they have.

My first time in Tractor Supply was terriffic! The lady who helped me find stuff was very nice and she even loaned me a measuring tape to see if a big tank I wanted to buy would fit in my car. I will definitely be going back there again!

This place is suprizing in what they stock. i go here for my clothing needs as they carry a large selection of Tall shirts. they have more dog food brands then i can think of. and a ton of other things i really need.

Propane is cheap here, good brands of dog food at good prices too. Their selection of clothing sizes is minimal usually they have xsmall or xxl. This location also has less home decor compared to the Oroville location.

Get all ur supplies for farm and livestock...

Save yourself some time and go somewhere else! No one in the store knows a thing, you ask where something is and they tell you the wrong isle on the wrong side of the store after you wait in line to ask for 10 minutes.

I love tractor supply Ive been in several different ones but this one I had a very bad experience the gentleman that we asked for help was rude very rude in the mans pants department so we didnt spend the money there that day I hope the other staff is more helpful good luck

We always find exactly what we need at tractor supply in the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly employees. Always helpful. It does take some time to get some help if the store is under staffed or very busy. They apologize if you had to wait for someone to help you. And they try very hard to answer all your questions and if they cant help you they find someone who can.

I love going to Tractor supply they have friendly and helpful employees who are very knowledgeable.

Tractor supply in Chico CA is not worth the 1 star I gave it. The service is non existent, and do not ever buy mechanic tools there, they carry WAY overpriced tools made in China. I even had to help an elderly woman load her dog food because the cashier called for service help but no one came. Rediculously and a waste of time and money shopping there.
