I had brought in a saw that was not one of their products that they work with. Yet they still helped me get it going again and also taught me how to avoid the issue I had. They are friendly and willing to help even novices such as myself they have everything you need to take care of your yard .I go go here for all my needs.

I wont be back! I went to buy a pull start recoil and they decide theyre going to fix it, and end up breaking it. I tell them theyre making me late for a job estimate appointment and just say blame it on the corona. And after they cut my string they charge me for a new one. The recoil broke right away after getting to the job site. Exactly why I only wanted a new one. Thanks for nothing.

You guys are great. I have been around the block with power equipment and have never been treated so well. They are honest and smart about the product lines they carry. After the Camp fire the saw has not stopped running. I have been in a few times with simple fix problems they actually walked me through so I could get back to work. I could never have made it without them and that will be remembered forever. Thank all of you for the support and being such a stand up business. Trust in my review I have seen it all.

Would not recommend for repair work. I left my Stihl chain saw for repair/tune up.Paid $47.50 for their estimate. Was quoted $246.79. They said I could buy a new similar product for about $350. I picked it up and spent 20 minutes putting it back together and cleaning the carburetor. They returned it to me with all the loose parts in a baggie. Runs great now.Apparently they just want to sell you something new.

They seem to have a good selection of products but the person that helped me either didnt know what he was doing or picked up on the fact that I didnt. Either way he sold me two products that were questionable at best. One of them being a saw chain that could result in me cutting my inexperienced arm off. I probably wont go back as there are other dealers that I can try.

Ive gone in there in the past on Saturday and you were open. Broke my Stihl Helmet Ear Protection and you were CLOSED! AT 2 PM! GEEZ, YOU WOULD THINK SATURDAY WOULD BE A BUSY DAY!NOT HAPPY!!!!

Took my yamaha generator in for warrentee work before i even went to the office tech told me probably had bad gas in it. Sure enough few days later i was contacted stating thats the problem. Said it wouldnt be covered under warrentee. The generator had less than 30 hours on it. The fuel was also ran out of the carb after use. They tried to charge me 47.00 for the diagnosis. When i picked up my generator there are three screws missing, two from the side they should not have messed with. Im am auto tech gave been for years i know knowbody likes doing warrentee work it doesnt pay as much. But this place is crooked.
