I returned a package for a refund 2 months ago that a vendor said they had not received. I hadnt kept my tracking number, but the staff at the store was able to look it up in a minute or two. It showed that the vendor had received the package. This was a $90 item, so big thanks and good work.

Nice staff, but the owners desperately need to improve their copiers. Staff couldnt even make a color photocopy for me. I waited 20 minutes, but they couldnt figure out how to troubleshoot the printer connection errors. Frustrating.

Originally they charged me $215 to package and insure my guitar and then called me an hour later to say I still owed another $191 where they wouldn’t be shipping it I was under the impression that they were taking my guitar out of its current box that I originally had it in because they told me to have damage is covered it would have to be in their box so they took my box instead of taking my guitar out to use a smaller box they packaged my box in two of their largest boxes behind the door so I could not see how big the box was so after I had left they called me to say that they got the dimensions wrong and it would be 191 more I said I would not be paying that I went back to get my money and my box is boxed in their box which is three times as big as mine they charge me $50 for their package job I had to rip the box open in front of numerous people to get mine out of it they would not refund me the money for the box or the packaging even though they had missed miss advertised and made a mistake so I ate my $50 loss took my box and went to FedEx they cost me $159 to do the same job that they tried to charge me 454 even with the $50 loss from the rip off for the box that they charge me I still save money by going to FedEx save yourself the time don’t go here they were completely rude to me and my wife the lady blew a kiss at my wife I’m if I had any faith that I could do anything that corporate cares or that management cares about I would but instead I would just recommend you save your money on yourself the time and trouble at this place sucked would never recommend this to my worst enemy. I also left my wallet in the store after all this and when I called in they left me on hold. When I drove back they left my wallet out in the counter for anyone to take it! Worst experience with any company ever!!! Teenage chick with the unibrow should be fired, but she didn’t care about the job and it showed. Probably related to the owner. Should be ashamed. Hope your store is closed for good!!!

The people here are friendly, knowledgeable and quick at what they do. Ive never had to wait more than about five minutes, and that was only at Christmas time.

*UPDATE Interestingly, today I walked in and a clerk I haven’t seen before, named Ryan, asked me if I had any packages to pick up and then proceeded to pull them out for me. Then the second shock, he got a dolly and loaded it with the packages and rolled it out to my car and put the packages into my car for me.... What a departure, and extremely happy surprise, from the last six months! Thank you so much!!! And PLEASE DON’T LET RYAN LEAVE THIS STORE!!! 🙏Previous review 2 stars...I have been a loyal customer with a personal mailbox at this store for over two years. Unfortunately over the last six months the employees have had a turnover and I am greatly and sorely missing the gals that used to be in there. The current staff has an apathetic attitude and really don’t seem to be concerned with who you are or how long you’ve been a client. Long lines and poor service. I am sorry I need to continue to use them or I would be running somewhere else! If you’re looking for any personal service, I recommend going somewhere else. If you don’t care how you’re treated then this is the place for you.

Very rude Asian lady working that refuses to listen to the state mandate. Mandate states with disabilities no mask is required. I stated that to her and she refused me service.

Although the store was a bit dirty, the woman behind the counter was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would go here again and highly recommend this store, especially compared to the one on Forest Ave. where there is customer no-service.

I send tons of financial doc all year long and I prefer ups stores for the hands on service they provide. How ever this store manager here is a joke, she wouldnt give me her name upon my greeting of who I am, what company i represent and what I need done. Ryan who answered the phone was professional and competent I should have just spoken to him but I asked for a manager as I usually do. bad move, I dont know who shes hiding from or what personal issues she has but its better left at home or dont come to work. I had to cancel the package and redirect it to ups store #1244 just down the street, the manager Ben was on it and gave me the confidence I was looking for.

Samantha and Tammy helped my husband and I today with our passport renewals. They were exceptionally helpful and professional including helping us put the documents together to mail making sure we had all the instructions right. I have gone to this store and Samantha has helped me on several occasions with notaries, etc., and has never been anything but friendly, helpful and efficient.

This place has been a God send!! I was having packages stolen from my house and now I have them delivered to UPS Store. I love it because I order almost everything I want and need online. Great customer service!!!!!

I went there a a letter to get notorized, this was for my birth certificate. Along with the notary service I had my picture taken for my passport along with the mailing of the letter. After 2 months I called to find out the status LA never received it. So in essence by ltterbis list along with a $28 money order that I have to pay $15 to get back. The manager said sorry its the post office fault was very rude said I would have to pay everything again!! Welll there you even though you pay for a services not their fault.

Time sensitive documents they were supposed to mail to another ups store were I could pick them up, I go in ask for my documents no Docs, I call them they first forgot to mail them, ok Im here tax them ...fax wont work ok email them so the receiving store can scan, I return to work thinking ill pick up tax papers today so I show up no papers email didnt make it and Chico branch is closed till Monday my tax appointment is tomorrow Sunday. Business wise I score this a zero

Crappy customer service. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and they dont care about their customers. Do not use this location. With all of the competition in Chico, you would think that they would put forth a little effort.
