I found this Kroger to be set up a little weird and somewhat confusing for shoppers. I went in the exit doors upon entering but it doesnt seem that its clearly marked either way. Had to ask the staff for help and they were super friendly, as were any and all staff I encountered. The shelves seemed well stocked and they had what I came for- cant ask for much more than that.

Happened to buy groceries the other day, some things weren’t very stocked with the chips (what I came in for) but that’s okay I understand that there’s a worker shortage. The cashiers name was Julie I don’t remember the spelling but they were helpful although they did seem a bit frustrated. I don’t remember the baggers name (had a L in it) but he had brown hair/blue eyes and was extremely fast which I’m not used to at Kroger.

Its a Great place to shop and get your groceries. If they dont have what you want....,you can ask them or you can use your phone to go on internet and put your info about anything on krogers website. 😎😇

Wouldn’t fill the meds my dr prescribed because I’m not pregnant even though I’m breastfeeding. I can’t take any other meds and they know that and that’s between my dr and I. It shouldn’t be their discretion if my dr and insurance deems it necessary.

First time I was in Krogers since they rearranged everything. It took me forever to find what I was looking for. With that being said, I like the way they did it. I now know where everything is. LoL!

The employees here are always extremely helpful. I’ve never met an employee that I did not like here. The reason for three stars is the amount of expired food on the shelves. Completely unacceptable. Where I am from we have a Kroger owned chain and this may be based on the store manager, but and the Kroger owned chain that I shop back home I have never found something expired let alone 3 of my 15 items on my list. I can see by a couple days. But a couple weeks is pushing it! Please start doing Kroger required date checks.

Monday I went to krogers to buy some ground beef. Ive never had a problem shopping there till that day. I was in disgust when I seen their meat. Most of their meat was brown (especially the ground beef) and I found a pack of the mini summer sausages and that meat was brown and had mold growing inside the package all over the meat. Anyways I found (what I thought) a good thing of ground beef it looked fresh and bloody so I bought it and took it home well the next day I go to take it out of my fridge to make some tacos and inside the whole thing of grown beef spoiled, the whole thing was completely brown no longer red. I called the store to speak to the manager and the person at customer service that answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude also the manager said to come in and they will refund me (which is a good note). I will continue doing shopping there but I will no longer be buying my meats from there

They moved their product around in the store too much and everythings too hard to find and the checkout lines take forever

Gas station was clean...trash cans not overflowing like most places.

I bought LifeWay kefir and Ive never had a keeper taste so bad. Please stock a different type. Any of the others is better but red Hill goat kefir is the best

Hillsboro Krogers is a great place to shop. Not too big but yet not too small. Easy access to the aisles. Check out is quick. You can self check or go through an lane with a cashier. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. This is one of the few big box grocery stores that hardly ever run out on sale items. Great parking, bakery, deli and butcher shop. Easy access from main road. Highly recommend.

Clean floors clean counters but they need to fix their motorized carts

This Kroger is one of the best I have shopped at. The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly, helpful and courteous. This is my favorite place to shop at.

The store was clean, well stocked and there was a great selection as usual. However, the new Click List carts that employees use to put together orders are huge and cumbersome. I had my path blocked multiple times by them and I felt bad for employees that had to use them, as they were very apologetic.

For a store that just had a make over, it is the pits when it comes to being clean. Have you ever been in the restroom? dont! it is scary.... question? is there a reason why a bag person would be in the rest room for 20 to 30 mins using the restroom and then not clean it or for that matter wash his hands before returning to bag? Seen this with my own eyes and did in fact say something about it. Most of the time I have to bag yourself, while people are on the cell phones or just walking around. I understand it is hard to find good help, but why cant the manager clean the restrooms for the customers? Things to change at this store. no wonder Western Ave store is the top dog in town. Just saying

They were the most competant, patient and helpful people I have dealt with in a long time. We arent tech people but we most definitely will be back . An amazing crew! But 2 weeks later, we had to take speaker and computer in to be paired . 1st time they paired exact same items . Yesterday, they would only do it for $150! Really? Could be the employee at customer service . Name not sure . He has glasses, hair brown, short and parted on side and super short on left side . Not sure . Do know this employee NEEDS to be fired . We traveled 1 hour to be dismissed .

Best Kroger in Chillicothe! So clean and the best selection of produce! We drive here from Jackson from time to time because it is so much better! So many great deals as well! Newly remodeled and so clean!

Probably as good as they come for krogers. clean store staff is usually nice and helpful. prices are normally decent.parking spaces are a premium though can be hard to find a place to park. store stays pretty busy all day

Good little store. Staff are friendly and personal. Environment of the store is what you would expect being in a little town like Chillicothe. Food is fairly priced and usually they have pretty good sales. Im never pressured by anyone and when I need help I usually will always find someone willing to help. Food is organized neatly and seems to be easy to locate. My only qualm with this particular store is that the parking lot sucks and nine times out of ten you will see homeless people by the gas station trying to get change out of you! It is a chore to get out of this damn lot sometimes. Not the stores fault, its a little shopping district but to be honest I grin and bare it. Especially with the clientele these guys get. Its like night and day compared with the likes of Walmart down the road.

Only place I can find the sensitive diapers and lotion for babygirl in town love they carry more of the healthier things and more sensitive things for babies

Decent grocery store. Fantastic stock of fresh veggies and fruits. Many times this location is out of stock of sale items and for some odd reason potato chips.

3 self checkout lines open and no cashier operated line. Line to checkout was 15 people deep. If I wouldnt have already spent so much time getting my groceries, I would have left them sit.

Good visit. Found everything I went after except for a couple items. People very nice and helpful.

It is always overcrowded, and no parking. The last 2 times, the cashier just says what ever pops into their head, constantly carrying on personal conversations with co- workers instead of worrying about doing an efficient job with customer service.

Very nice store with a great selection in every different department. Prices are a little high but you expect that from kroger.

Their selection of healthy foods is shrinking. Im going to start making an effort to hit up Jungle Jims whenever I take a trip back to the Cinci area, because after this locations last reset, things like fennel and flax seeds are a little too fancy for the Chilicothe area, apparently.

Very large store that has fuel, Star Bucks, cake display, seafood, organic items, and just about everything a Krogers normally carry. Clean and organized. Customer friendly.

They have a very big variety of things and some times they have very good deals with your Kroger plus card they bake their 🍞 fresh every day and its good plus they sale flowers, 🏠 hold items to and they have a self check out so you dont have to wait in really big lines.

I had to wait in line for the money station for about 7 to10min.then she did not know how to fax.It was a little discouraging But I was able to complete what I went there for. And she was nice with a smile

Produce is always soaking wet and shelves look moldy. Produce quickly rots in my refrigerator. There are never enough bags to put produce in.

Kroger is a very good place to shop and a very good place for employment because my boyfriend works there.

For a Sunday morning, worst donut selection ever. Whats with the stupid flavors? Maple bacon and fruit loop?? How about just some good old fashioned maple sticks? Or apple fritters and bear claws? I mean come on. Fruit loops? Im sure those are nice and stale. And who wants fruit loops are on their donuts anyway. We usually shop on Western. Guess we need to stick to that!! At least they have a good selection of donuts!And yes. Im complaining about donuts. My blood sugar is low.

I love Krogers on Bridge Street. Lines do go fast. And as the lady with the dogI was there 4 days ago and there was a woman her service dog and son. Hard to believe they would not allow it. But this service dog had a service dog vest on. So unless you had no proof it was your service dog thats on you. And that is not the first time Ive seen one in there.Lost 80 pounds and Krogers is the only store has all the foods I eat on my diet.

Love kroger prices, and I love the selection of carts. It may seem weird to some but having a toddler the different cars attached to the carts makes shopping so much easier.

Although I still shop here, I have frequently done their surveys stating the fact that I hate their specials that require multiple purchases, such as :5 for $5, or 10 for $10.!! Who needs 5 boxes of cereal, or whatever??? Not me!!! Also, their digital coupons are not fair to people who dont have a smart phone, tablet, etc like my 78year-old mother!!! Those are my 2 main complaints.

Ate lunch with a group today, I ordered the lunch fettuccini alfredo. I was disappointed when the meal was served, it was a small amount. The others at our table thought I had ordered from the kids menu.

Great family shopping place for good quality groceries

Have went there 3consecutive days for just 2 items that I need so I dont have to drive 60 miles to get. They get trucks every day so why cant they get them? One item they have rarely had in stock over the last 3months.

Above average Kroger, Starbucks on site. Food Prices are about average.

Not to hAppy that the money service counter closes at 9 pm, but other than that people are always nice.
