Came in just to browse and maybe use my rewards points and was so happy with the service! The staff was super attentive and very knowledgeable about all their products and promotions. The first staff member was great and asked me what kind of things I liked and matched me with the most perfect scent diffuser, succulents and crystals?! WIN! And it lights up!! At the cash register Laura was super sweet and patient even though the customer ahead of me was giving her a hard time. I’ll be coming back for my scent refills!

Great store at a great location with great products. I really enjoy just shopping around inside this store and looking for things to make myself feel better. It is the perfect place to buy products for your body, face, and also to buy gifts.

I was just there and a Hispanic man asked me where sephora was so I walked out to give directions and when I walk back in the store an African American women walk up to me and told me you keep walking in and out whats your deal as a Hispanic women I felt extremely racial profiled I walking out of the store crying this need to be fixed now!!!

I was shopping in Chino Hills yesterday with my dear friend. She loves B&BW’s so we went there, she got her soaps and I was looking at candles and this wonderful sales associate Niko just made my very normal shopping experience a wonderful experience. He was full of energy, loved his job he was just a wonderful person. In today’s mask wearing world it’s difficult to shine but Niko was amazing! We will always ask for Niko when shopping there in the future.Then adorable Taylor checked us out and was friendly and pleasant.Thank you B&BW Chino Hills!

Today I was simply impressed with the level of customer service I received. Sabrina was the greeter and helped me on the floor with finding unicorn socks for my girls. At the register Julia was sweet with my daughters and helped me utilize a $10 off of $30 promo. Overall I was satisfied with the service I received and the products available. If youre going to do the holidays right, youre going to need scents for the home and this is the best place to shop for that. Picked up some scents for Christmas and a tree scent plug-in. Lots of bargains throughout the store on a daily basis. Great for hostess and gifts for friends at work. App gives additional discounts. Check it out!

Such attentive staff. Well stocked and always a pleasure to shop at this establishment. Always a great deal here and there. I always go for the hand soap deals but I thought I would change it up and take advantage with their candle deals. The aromatherapy line is truly the best. I love their pillow mist. Sleep collection is everything. Picked up a few candles and a new pillow spray which I cant wait to try it out. Definitely will retun again thats a promise for sure.

Sabrina, greeted me at the door and let us know about all the sales and everything they had. When i asked her about different candles to purchase that didnt have a super heavy pumkin scent she recommended some beautiful smelling candles. I remembered my friend had a candle but couldnt remember the name only part of it she went looking for it and eventually found one. It wasnt the one my friend had. But she was so sweet and so amazing for doing that for me. She offered me a bag when i had lots of candles and she was ready to help with a friendly personality and a go to attitude. Even though it was later in the evening. It was so refreshing and nice to have someone help out like that! Sabrina is amazing! And so is this location all the lovely staff was so helpful and so sweet!
