The one nice thing about this store is the manager and the staff are so friendly and so accommodating that it makes everything so easy to get a haircut done here. If you are a senior like me and you come between the hours of 10 and 2:00 p.m. during the week days then you can get even 15% off of a regular low price. The cost of a haircut for typical guy runs about $20 which is a very very good deal. They also sell hair shampoo and conditioner products

I see Sharon and she is wonderful. She cut my hair right the first time, and I have a custom cut that is not standard. She is always nice and sweet and does a very thorough job. One time my partner dropped off flowers for me and they made sure I got them, even though they had to keep them overnight because I had to cancel my appt at the last minute due to work. Overall Im really happy with this place and all the stylists.

I dont expect a designer haircut coming here. I am low on funds and I usually know what to expect from this level of salon. What I expect is the haircut I asked for, with both sides even and to not be blamed for the stylist doing it wrong. I came in with a picture of my own hair how I wanted it cut. I explained that I wanted it angled shorter in the back to longer in front (just like the picture). What I got was a mom bowl hair cut, and when I asked that she make it more a-line, she said oh you didnt say that, you should have told me a-line, thats not what is in the picture you showed me. First of all, the picture was of an a-line cut, because it was my current style just shorter. And second, you should never blame the customer. Especially if it is your own fault. Also, after getting home and styling it myself, I found that one side is noticeably longer. Great, now I have to pay again to get it fixed because I do not trust them to fix it here without giving me a pixie cut.

Sharon does an awesome job with my cut and highlights. She really understands my hair and how to shape it.

I love Vi. She has been doing my hair for years & always gets it right on! I have had to wait but she is so worth waiting for. As for the other stylists, they are good. I have had to use a few of them over the years & I really havent been disappointed. Price is right & hair looks great walking out the door.

Worst work ever experienced, the lady that did this is named Vi, she is rude, and unwilling to listen. Take your business and money elsewhere, this lady has no business touching hair. Ive never written a bad review for any person or business. In addition to her poor work, rude behavior, her station was filthy.

First time customer. I asked the lady for a basic adult haircut. She elected to blow dry & style my hair, which I discovered later was an extra fee. I paid for services I did not want. This was the last time I get my haircut from Fantastic Sams. I dont recommend them.

This is the first time i have ever written a review but i got so fing f**d that i had to warn girls i had hair halfway down my back and i have to shave my head bc they have no fing idea what they are doing they took ratted but fing salvagable hair and used a bristle brush from the top down on wet wavy hair and conglomerated it into a massive rat that is plastered to my scalp i have to shave my head and wear a wig bc of the dumb f**ks there IF YOU HAVE LONG HAIR DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
