Love the sushi, store is clean, and butchers shop are very helpful in meat selections(10/10).

I enjoy your store. One of the best looking Stater Bros. I have been to. On this visit I ordered 2 sandwiches during my lunch break. Tasted great, but took over 30 min to get them. The EE said I could shop while I waited, which helped pass the time but by the time I got back to my office I was eating after my lunch time had passed.

This is my go to Stater bros! Its nice, clean, uncrowded and well kept. Theres a Stater Bros 1 mile away from my house but I would rather drive 6 miles to go to this one.

I have gone here for a long time and never been disappointed. Just what you expect from a supermarket. One employee who always goes above and beyond in making you feel welcomed is Micheal G. Good job to him.

Stater Brothers is and always will be a classic and one of my favorites to shop at. I love coming here it reminds me of my great-grandmother and my grandmother who I miss dearly and I would give anything to be a child again with them shopping at stater Brothers! I thought it was dumb shutting down one of the entrances and exits. COVID REQUIRED separate entrances and it is convenient for customers. Apparently alcohol is more important than customers…. Now they don’t even have hand baskets for customers, even dumber.This is at the Staters on Chino Hills Parkway.Poor job… poor customer care.

Very nice store to buy groceries from. I have yet to ever encounter any staff that were anything less than helpful in all the shopping trips I have made here.

This is our local grocery market that always has great customer service. They also host the second graders for a field trip every year and give an excellent tour of their store.

They have limited entrances to the store. I used to spend $300.00 + a week in this store. Not any more.

I love this store.NEVER buy the Krispy Kreme there. 4 donuts for $7.00 and they were dry and not very tasty.

I have been back at Staters since my poor review of April 9th. Things are much better. The produce is fresh, well stocked and reasonably priced. The service has always been great and everyone is really friendly.

This is my neighborhood market I’m proud to say! Always clean & neat. Above all, some of the employees go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need and they make me and my loved ones feel like family. Sommer is one of those people! She works in produce and in the florist section. She is so friendly all the time, my kids and I just love her. Stater Bros is lucky to have Sommer!

Our favorite grocery store. We pass by competitor stores less than 1 mile away from home to shop here. We have been shopping at Stater Bros. For over 30 years and will always go out of our way to get there.

Negatives: The store is not well-stocked. You get to like a product and next time it is not there. You have to look and look for your item because the name brands are carefully interwoven with the store brand so you pick theirs by accident. Much of the produce is lousy.Positives: You can get most everything in the one location. Store is clean and people are nice. Prices are pretty good.There simply arent many better options unfortunately.

Good price and they have a fat cart so I can sit when I shop. They had buy 2 get 1 free twinkies today I bought 30 boxes!

Ive been shopping here for years, today was the absolute worst. The shelves were not stocked, the checker did not even acknowledge me until I had to pay. And when she placed my last bag in the basket she just dumped it in on the side. Lucky for them there was no manager on sight. What happened to customer service or common courtesy. By the way the box boy was friendly! So VERY disappointed.

Great staff. Produce is about two days off. Brian, quit worrying about shrink. Grapes are soft.

Nice and clean market but their meat doesnt seem to be fresh all the time... our family got sick once after eating their steak.

Simply the worst deli food I have ever eaten. Chicken cutle t- dry and flavorless. Potato pancake - old potatoes made them taste like they had sugar added. Pasta salads (2) - only the pasta was edible in one. The other was a total waste. Dont bother!

This is probably one of the most organized grocery stores Ive ever been it. Its not too big or too small. Everything is very well organized as far as product line up is, canned goods together, snacks, breakfast food. Very clean and workers were very friendly. I think I just found my new grocery store, I do grocery price comparison and Stater Bros. Has beat out, Alberstons, Vons, Smart n Final, Trader Joes, Walmart on alot of stuff too.

Overall this location is great. There is one employee there that I feel is not very professional and every interaction I have had with her throughout various visits have been very rude, childish and unprofessional.
