Shipping delay obviously with the coronavirus. Tracking was stalled for a few weeks. Wheel spacers arent essential parts so not surprised. They are very nice spacers, well built and heavy. 12.9 studs. 2016 F150, 1.5 spacers made factory wheels fit properly. 275/60/20, only the sidewall extends past the fender.

IGNORE the negative reviews on here, take it from me.I ordered Wheel spacers 6x5 to 6x5.5 for a Trailblazer and got them exact size and guy even gave me the hubcentric style. Quality is great you see for yourself..fast. easy and honestly cheaper than who supposedly only sells Hubcentric Adapters for Trailblazer (AKA MARK)... This is where you wanna buy from. I DEFINITELY reccomend 100%. Im a true customer not an employee. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

I love the new lugs and spacers I got for my Infiniti very satisfied. Shipping took a few days longer than I expected but I’m sure it’s due to the whole covid situation.

Absolutely no customer service at all. I waited 2 and a half weeks and the status on my wheel adapters still showed pending. Contacted post office and they created a shipping label but Usps never got a package. I never again will purchase from these guys ever. They are a scam! And they never ever answer their phones. Go straight to Far From Stock for your adapter needs! They have awesome customer service and will answer your call within a minute! Again, never buy anything from these guys! They are a waste of time, money, and are very frustrating, and annoying to deal with. Just absolutely ridiculous! Would be -5 stars if it could be! Robbers!

Same issue as everyone else has reported. They dont actually ship the product you order. In my case, I eventually ended up receiving a random piece of scrap metal in a box which they claimed was the product I ordered. Its been more than 2 months since I placed the original order and theyve never acknowledged the error or provided a resolution beyond me paying to ship the scrap metal back to them. Now dealing with the hassle of a charge reversal and fraud investigation by the credit card company. I ended up ordering wheel adapters from trail sport which were awesome quality and arrived less than a week after I ordered them.

I share the same story as the other peoples reviews about Wheel Adapter USA. Placed an order on 4/16 and was immediately charged for the order and was sent an email with a USPS tracking number. That tracking number has been on Pending status since that day. Ive sent them emails almost everyday and even tried calling. Cant get anyone to answer their phone. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its now 5/26 and I still havent gotten my order or a refund or an updated status on my package tracking.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Placed an order on 5/20 was charged immediately and sent a tracking number. I have called and emailed repeatedly with no response!!!!! When I called USPS they told me the tag was created and the package was never received. This company is a scam!!!! Do not waste your money with them. We are now working with the bank to get our money back and fighting the charges. Looking at the other reviews we are not the only ones.

The products themselves seem very high quality; however the company is VERY difficult to get a hold of. I dont know if they just dont have a large customer service team, but every time I tried to call the returns line to send back the first set of adapters which were the wrong size (my mistake), I never got through. I had to call the sales line every hour until I could finally reach someone. I also communicated with them through email, but it took them several day to respond and Im one particular case, they didnt respond at all. Once I got a hold of them, they were very helpful. If their customer service and shipping services can get revamped, I think it can be a solid company.

Received everything I ordered in great condition! I was skeptical at first due to all the negative reviews but once I was able to speak to a customer service rep they were able to reassure me. I assumed packages are moving slowly due to the virus.

I needed some spacers for my 2019 Infiniti QX60 to get the right stance and they had exactly what I needed. Shipping took a little longer than I expected but with all this covid-19 stuff going on I can understand it. The price was great and the product worked perfectly. Highly recommend!

This is a very unprofessional company will take your money they will give you a tracking number but they will not send the part with the shipment I had to call usps And they told me the package wasnt there that came with the Shipment I call I call I email I call i email and i email No replies until you have to bring the Better Business Bureau into it and then the reply with one email saying covid19 causing everything ( nice excuses with the timing ) But yet multiple upon multiples complaints on the Better Business Bureau about the same thing taken peoples money and not shipping the package out far as Im concerned theyre using you as a personal loan dont spend time or money with theses thiefs Please go do your research on Better Business Bureau youll see exactly whats happening to me as happened to multiple others

I wanted to trust this company, placed an order on the 4th which was lost at the post office, after 2 emails I was told that they would send me a new set. Going on 2nd day with no new tracking number, package, or response. Taking my money was easy, delivering their product is not. Hopefully I can update my review if things get fixed

TERRIBLE. Bought adapters in April; they sat on the package for almost two weeks (ignoring emails) while my car was stuck on jacks (refused to cancel my order). I Immediately returned the adapters when they arrived late, now they’ve been holding the return for three weeks without a refund. TRASH.

Great product, Horrible shipping department. I placed my order on a Sunday, I got the shipping info on Monday. However it sat on their dock waiting to be picked up till FRIDAY. Just sitting there, not on my car. So very irritating.

I purchased a set of splined lug nuts for my vehicle. This company advertised that these were Made in the USA and a local California business (a combination I generally look for). Unfortunately, the product that was sent to me was not what I was expect.There are several issues including dimensional inconsistency, machine finish and choice of surface coating all of which could affect the integrity of my application:Dimensional Inconsistency: although (part to part) the overall length dimension is fairly consistent (1.84 average) the actual depth of the taper varies considerably from part to part. Enough that you can see the difference without the aid of a measuring device.Machine Finish: The machine finish on the entire part is very inconsistent. More importantly, there are surface roughness concerns and impression defects (nicks) that are evident on the tapered seats; the main area of concern.Surface Coating: The choice of surface coating on these parts is not what I expected. Lug nuts I have purchased in the past were prepared with a black-chrome (electro-plate) process over a dull nickel. This provided exceptional protection of the metal as well as looked beautiful for years in the application. Paint is not a good choice for a high-quality a Lug Nut. In fact, it will affect the I torque at the tapered seat interface, chips very easily and does not provide the protection of the base metal. Furthermore, your design actually has paint on the threaded interface - why paint threads when they could have easily been masked?Based upon the concerns I requested a return authorization. As of today, they have not sent me any correspondence to support this RMA so what can I say about this experience other that Buyer Beware. I manage a Los Angeles based production team and I know the challenges and costs associated with manufacturing in California. However, if you cannot provide quality, there is no reason to compete with the off-shore products as quality is King.Sine this organization has been silent about my request for return, these ugly parts will be disposed of accordingly.

Very good place to order your adapters from got mine within a week and I called them and I ordered the wrong ones and they ran out back and grab the right ones and put them in the box for me and ship those ones out instead so overall decent place
