Typical guy I go here almost last minute before Valentines day. Because of Covid-19 I had to wait about 10 minutes to be able to go in and shop. Not to bad really. Once inside the staff offered great recommendations based on my description of favorite fragrances.

Rhonda and Mario are the absolute best! They are so friendly and provided my boyfriend and I with such great customer service! They have such great energy and made my day! We will definitely be coming back! :’)

I love BBW!! I would buy the whole store if I could lol. I just dont like that the employees check on you as soon as you walk in and follow you around. They remind me of car salesmen!

I appreciate the effort all the employees gave when we visited. I found what I was looking for and more with their help. Everyone was so polite and made our experience smoother since I had kiddos with me.

They never explain how to use your rewards until after the transaction. They ask for your phone number but thats not to use rewards. Theyre so pleasant when you walk in but cashiers not so much.

My experience was not the best. Lines were very long, the weather was extremely cold and raining at times. Perhaps shoppers should have been given a time frame, to do their shopping.

Horrible customer service!!! Lady “rang” me up for a online purchase and she had a disgusting attitude. Shes lucky i had errands to attend to !

Miss being able to test scents, but covid is a real threat so I deal with it. Order online and store pick up is great..sale price without shipping cost and social distancing, win/win.

The staff is very informative about any specific hand soap body setup that you might be looking for. I suppose they do have hand sanitizers in stock at the moment they are available for purchase 5 for $8 and a limit of 10 per customer. Stay safe

My favorite store.

Crazy long lines even just to do pick ups, but it went faster than it looked. The worker outside was hidden too I almost got into the huge line.

I like this Bath and Body works because it is outside of the mall.

I am mobility challenged so I was not having a good day called to ask if they did phone orders and was told simply no. Wish I could have ordered what I wanted and just picked up. Would have ordered online many times I do but I wanted the Mother Day bag deal which was only offered in stores. Might be a good idea if you can fill order in store for customer pickup in-store many stores do it why not try may help pick up business.

All the best scents. My daughter and I are addicted to their soaps, lotions, body sprays, and candles. Easy returns/exchanges in store for items purchased online.

Smells amazing inside as always. Friendly staff. They really know their products and their suggestions are spot on when you describe what you are looking for . They have excellent deals. You get what you pay for, its all worth it.

This location has great customer service and normally has items fully stocked. They offer friendly and fast checkout too

I love there products but the workers at chino location are new and rude. If you want to have a good shopping experience go to chino hills store

A long waiting line to go in the store, takes about an hour

My wife worked at this store a few years back to help out during the holiday rush. The staff has always been kind, courteous, and completely willing to spend time with you to help you find exactly what youre looking for. I know it might sound a little weird for a guy to be reviewing a Bath & Body Works, but Im confident in who I am as a person and therefore can genuinely say I love these stores! I dont know a room in my house that isnt filled with B&BW candles, sprays, lotions, and soaps. The also have great aromatherapy lotions, shower gels, and soaps to help you relax after a hectic day and some of those fragrances help your overall wellbeing, too!My favorite tantalizing smells: Cucumber-melon and Lavender Chamomile.

Poor customer service. Staff is not friendly or helpful. Walked around the store for over 10 minutes was never greeted and was never asked if I needed help finding anything. The check out clerk called me sweetheart in a condescending tone. Will never come back.
