Erica, she cut the hair like this. And obviously I showed the picture which has straight line with no layer and she layered length from 2 inches to 10 inches. A big huge layers from the very top of my hair. Why she leave the top layer in 2 inches and other layer start from 10 inches? My hair is screwed with no balance at all. The acquaintances told me it is as much as to sue her. She cut as she wanted regardless of my wanted style with picture.

Ive left a review here before, but its been a couple years so I figured Id update it. Blanca is the best hairdresser, ever, period! Shes been doing my hair for over 10 years now and she always does an absolutely amazing job. On top of that, shes an amazingly sweet person. I will never see anyone but her!
