This is the worst Ulta. All I wanted to do was return some products that I purchased online. I had the physical receipt and the receipt on my phone. The first girl really tried but something was not going through. So I asked for a manager. Manager didn’t come over but another cashier did. The other cashier had such a bad attitude and kept asking me to find a different receipt on my phone. Between waiting in line for 20 minutes, being pregnant, and with my two year old, I said I wasn’t going to search through my phone when the receipt was right there. The second girl kept giving me attitude about it. I lost my cool and asked for my products back. The second girl was really rude about it and the first girl seemed annoyed. When I finally got the manager she explained they have had issues with their return system. Cool. If someone had said that from the beginning or grabbed their manager like originally asked for, everything would’ve been fine. If you work in customer service you do your best to be understanding, kind, and solution oriented. There was no reason for me to accept store credit or a bad attitude. I won’t be coming back to this Ulta and don’t recommend it to anyone else.

Love the perfume section here, they have everything!! So underneath all the fragrances they have a Detailed description of what each one smells like and a description of whats added in their perfumes which makes it so much easier to find the scent that you like and the staff here is very friendly and helpful

We placed an order online and we were able to pick up the product in about an hour. they were very attentive towards the curb side pick up as there were other cars also picking up. you just have to call the store and tell them your name and car model youre in and they will bring it right out to you. im sure well be ordering again in the future

This store is amazingly clean and following covid rules. Amazing deals and products. But the cashiers are very non chalant, pleasant but slow as molasses.

The store has every type of cosmetic product, such as makeup products, hair products, dermatology section, a hair salon, and more. The store is very organized and easy to navigate. The employee who helped showed nothing but kindness, knowledge of products in the store, and professionalism. She helped pick out a foundation and gave genuine recommendations on foundation. If I knew her name, I would recommend everybody to her. She is the perfect example of customer service. 10/10

SWATI. My bad if I spelled her name incorrectly. So patient and so kind. She helped me get a whole new look. She didn’t force any type of style or look on me. I’m very light complexed but I love to look like my glowing like a gold brick not like a shiny spoon but 24/7! “I told her I love make-up, and I want to look made up! However I want to look natural,” and she helped me find products that are going to do just that. Foundation, brows, and lips. I walked around the store and I needed help but I didn’t want to ask because I’m not usually that type of person. After walking around for 20 mins she kindly came up to and saved the day. Swati! I was asked if I needed help in 1 area but as I browsed other areas in the store I got a look and thats about it. I did notice that all the people who worked in the different makeup sections were talking among themselves. I wanted to buy more products but with no help I just got what I came for. Cashiers were really nice.

Had my eyebrows waxed at the brow bar. And it was great! She actually listened to me. And my eyebrows came out amazing I love them. I can’t remember the girls name. But she was really nice. And took the time to help me with buying the products and explaining how to use them.

The salon manager Kylee is amazing! Her work is beautiful and she goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. I was very specific about what color I wanted and she heard me out and worked with me. I absolutely love my color and cut! My hair looks even LONGER after she cut it! I still get compliments on my look. Definitely recommending all my friends to her in the future!

Although the process to return an item I purchased was quick and easy, the customer service I received was not very friendly. The girl helping me was rude and not only that but their systems are not in sync with what they say they have in stock online. So make sure to call before you go there and make sure they have what you are looking for in the store.

I got my hair done by Valerie, highlighted and styled. She did a great job. I will be a returning client of hers. All the girls do a good job as well and very friendly.

So this place is where my wife goes to spend all her time & money lol. She says the people at the Chino location are much more friendly and professional then the one near our home... ours is 3 miles away... Chino maybe 9 miles but well worth the drive...

It was bad service today I placed a order to pick up i was waiting for alert to go pick it up never got it so i called in they said until next day I was so upset so I drove to ulta picked my own products went up to the counter tried to cancele my order and the cashier said instead of canceling shell just pick the ones I took up so I ordered a kVD face primer for $34 and you get a free gift well the cashier said no you dont get it only with pick up orders well she picked it with her machine like if it was curb pickup very bad service so disappointed in ulta chino hills this time .

This store is clean, very well organized and the staff is super friendly and ready to help. It was my first time going, and i was surprised at the variety of high end items they carry. They have really good sales too!

This place has the worst customer service. There was a long line and an employee came up to help one person, who was an employee shopping on her day off, and then got off the register. Loving the line to continue to grow. Twice they asked for additional help for checkout assistance and eventually help came. We were in the store for 20 minutes. 5 minutes shopping and 15 minutes waiting to pay. After paying the cashier said thanks ladies! to my sister and myself. Im no lady I have a beard. Pull your head out of your backside and look at what is going on around you.

Even though this one is the closest, I go to a further one because the customer service at this one is just terrible. No one is helpful, they spend most of their time chatting amongst each other.

Not good. Mens cologne that was they advertised was not in stock and clerk did not even know cologne I was talking about.
