Outstanding service. When my order was out of stock they called me directly to ask if I wanted to cancel the order or wait for a future shipment -- about 11/2 months. They then called back in a week to say that my item was available early and will be shipped right away. It then arrived in three days! No other weight equipment company called directly when the order was either unavailable or back ordered. I would give more stars if I could.Thank you!!

Would not recommend. Sent my order to me twice and would not refund even though I sent bank records to prove I was charged twice. It was only $20 so I told him to keep it. Ryan wouldnt even let me return for a full refund. Expected me to pay shipping. Also will charge ridiculous shipping prices.Buyer Beware
