Ive had my Tuff Stuff Rack and Bench since 2013. Great quality for the money, I dont regret the purchase at all.They seem like a small operation and getting parts was not a problem either after my bench wheels needed replacement afternearly a decade.

I Purchased a piece of equipment last spring. I have experienced Constant problem with the evenness of the weight or pressure when using the cables. I have called and emailed tuff stuff repeatedly, with absolutely no response. Poor customer service. Also, the angles on some of the equipment are not right causing discomfort.

I have always been a big fan of TuffStuff and now I have my own. Great gear nothing but quality, from a quality company. Keep up the great work!

My wife and I just got our AXT-225. IT IS FANTASTIC! There are so many exercises to do and so easy to move from one to the other. The equipment is not bulky and fits nicely in our basement. The convenience of having this equipment allows us to workout whenever we want to workout. When it comes to a universal piece of equipment, we very highly recommend this one. In addition, our experience in dealing with TuffStuff has been very cordial and easy.

I recently purchased the Tuff Stuff Lat/Low Row Machine. So far it works very well. It sturdy and has more then enough weight, (200 pounds) for me.Its best for home use and fits nice in my garage. Took along time to assemble though.

I purchased the TuffStuff AXT-225 Gym from Home Fitness Warehouse in Albuquerque, NM after comparing with other equipment like Hoist from competitors. The service was personal, the prices were better, and the equipment is excellent! Plus there was no additional charge for delivery and setup! Im very pleased with my purchase.

As a 65 year gym rat it was devastating to give it up over Covid concerns. Had a small space I filled with TuffStuff 225, bench, and small dumbell set, plus compact True eliptical. Could not be happier. Not cheap, and took a while to get it, but the 225 is an engineering marvel of excellent quality. Am getting a gym quality workout !!

Bought a brand new TuffStuff Cxt-200 from Fitness Superstore UK and it has rust on multiple parts and overall the unit is not built very stable. For £2,999 its very poor quality. On top of that Ive sent 5 emails to TuffStuff over 2 weeks and not had a single response from them which does not instill confidence in after sales support. Fitness superstore have not been much better only getting back to me once as well regardless sending multiple emails and being in hold with no answer to phone calls for countless hours and still no resolution. Fitness superstore being the only place to buy TuffStuff equipment doesnt bode well with this so all I can think to advise is if your in the UK avoid TuffStuff equipment. Really sad as the overall design is a brilliantly efficient use of space and having the various ratios and pulley stations is great.Its also not made clear before purchase but you have to bolt the thing to the floor otherwise its deemed unsafe in the Tuffstuff manual. Luckily this would be possible for me but still annoying not being made aware before purchase and something for others to be aware of incase this is not possible.

Billy and team once again fit the proper equipment for our workouts, great quality (very sturdy and adjusts to me and wife) and guided assembly when I declined store offer to assemble!

They claim a life time warranty on their equipment. I had a VKR that I contacted them about rubber delaminating off the pull up bars. The warranty manager tried to SELL me new ones that should have been covered under their warranty. Had another problem with a bench that wobbled horribly on a level floor. Same manager lied and played games with me for over a year and never resolved the issue. He recently denied me any warranty service on a accessory piece with a failed weld. A piece that injured a member of my family. I spent $6000 on their equipment years ago. It is mediocre, overpriced equipment and dealing with their warranty dept. is a nightmare. Buyer beware!Four months after posting this review D. Penado one of their executives of TuffStuff responded. Dont know what took them so long. Below is a reprint they submitted to the CA State Attorneys General Office after I had submitted a complaint trying to force them to honor their implied lifetime warranty. 90% of it is not accurate, distorts what actually occurred and does not come close to touching on the poor level of advertised LIFETIME warranty they are to provide. The letter does not include Manuel Aguilar, their warranty manager, trying to sell you warranty parts, sending rusty non conforming parts, being dishonest with you, or the best one, simply ignoring you.Pictures, the same ones in my reviews, were sent to the dealer who also had the purchase of the items on record. In spite of the response from Tuffstuff, warranty was denied.Shame on you tuffstuff.

I just just received the Tuffstuff SXT-550 Deluxe Hybrid Trainer with the SXT-LP Leg Press. Besides playing with it in the store, I havent yet started working put with it. I did briefly try out some of the movements and they seem really smooth. I was surprised of how compact it is. I will repost later after a few workouts with it.

Great place to work. Nice people gave me a chance to learn new trade in powder coat painting, machine shop work. And they even warm up your lunch . Miss this place .

Professional people and service and excellent equipment.

TuffStuff Fitness International manufactures GREAT fitness equipment for Health Clubs, Gyms, Military, Colleges, Schools, Fire Depts, Police Depts, Apartments, Hotels, Corporate Gyms and Award Winning home gym products. They have a really nice Showroom and Factory on site but its not a facility you can go to for exercise and training classes. Factory Showroom only, but their new BIO ARC strength line is outstanding. BEST COMMERCIAL HEALTH CLUB EQUIPMENT AROUND. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!

I truly enjoy the quality and features of this unit.

This company is the only one that makes paintings and equipment to the clients taste in the USA.

Real bad place to work at no organization Management sucks Paining,department is the worst out of all ran by a short guy that don’t know what he’s doing and has no experience
