A short fat lady with short hair, a guy full of white hair and other lady around mid 20s make fun of people. Those three folks are from grocery department. They judge a lot and all they do is laugh at the customers. Would not be going back there again to buy my groceries.

Small store with little bakery and meats section. Does get crowded on the weekends. Looks like they are starting to stock organic foods Little by little.

Try the lemon seasoned meat. You have to ask for it!! Amazing!! Also their chipotle and mango habanero chicken!! On point!!

I only go their if something I need and Im close by especially if its on sale.

I love this grocery store, this is where I purchase all of my ingredients needed for my annual tamales. Butcher area is always top notch although customer service at check out could be better, sometimes the girls there look like they just got out of bed and addressing the customers with there sunglasses on, this is inappropriate for checking the customers. You should always be able to see their faces with a fresh look and smile. Sunglasses give the appearance as though they are hiding something or tied one on the night before. Just my opinion.

Its a great place to eat and purchase fruits and vegetables. For the exception of the cashiers....the male associates on the floor have customer skill whatsoever. I overheard them talking about management and other personal things. Little did they know I speak and understand Spanish. Rio...you need to retrain these people and set up more appropriate seating areas for your eating lounge. Ty

My experience is paying my light bill. Sales paper is good guide. My granddaughters n daughters tell me meat for barbeque is good fresh marinated on sale. Lots parking. Fast food counter n tables. Savory Mexican deli.

Born and raised in chino show ive been doing groceries here forever. Granted Ive seen ownership of the store changes a couple of times and some wrre better than other but at the moment they have a good staff even though some have left grante they were good people and had been working there for years but sometime change happens for a reason.

Use to pay my utility bills here a long time ago. Recently just bought beans, meat and celery.

A convenient store to get something quick. I wouldnt recommend it to do all your grocery shopping because the prices are not always the cheapest. They have what I call, Mexican cuts of meat and the produce section is tastier than it looks. Other big markets try to make the veggies look clean and good but the taste isnt there. These veggies are not always the best looking ones but they actually taste as theyre suppose to.

I went to get some tamales and found Cockroach in the food area.. not good.

Simply informing: the store opens at 7 AM to 10 PM. Produce receives fresh product just about every day, excluding weekends. Grocery gets their load on Wednesday, and Dairy/Deli on Tuesdays. Our meat department is one of the best sellers throughout our stores. Money orders/bills are valid after 8 AM when front end booth opens. We also have a Metro PCS located within the store and a small jewelry stand and another office for money orders. We have a small selection on floral arrangements. Sidenote, if you have a complaint about an employee, feel free to contact the store director, assistant store director or our corporate office, better known as Store #7 where our Human Resources is located.

I just left this market. First time I had terrible service. The cashier didnt even honor a couple that was on one of the products 1.oo off two. She said it expired tire it off can. She also made me bag my own groceries. The cashiers name is Elena h. I was just about to call the manager. Very rude lady.

Their breads are always out of date woman cashiers are rude and price are very on the meats... Oh and for 3days there were flys in the Mexican candy which I love but not for here. When I go to this market I get cans and some fruits! Just watch and look out for dates!

Their ad item is not available. They lack staff to help. Mostly Spanish speaking only.Ill go somewhere else that are more truthful to their advertisement and have staff that will be helpful and can speak English and Spanish.

This is where you go for carne asada! Their marinade puts all others to shame! Prices are great. Especially on produce. Where Ralphs chargers you by the item for something like yellow peppers, they charge you by the pound. Price difference on 3 pounds? $50 at Ralphs, $7 here. Avocados are cheap as well. Everything is!Deli had premade food. Rice here is the bomb. It is my favorite Spanish rice. Premade meat selection is amazing and flavors are authentic. Large selection of fresh salsas and cheap guacamole.Certain American things will cost a lot more here. Like cheddar cheese or wine. But Mexican food is also priced very competitive.

My 15 year old grandson was harassed by a neighborhood bum that constantly stands around that market asking for money or favors. My grandson did not provide this man with money, then the man started shouting, saying all kinds of bad threating words, while this was happening in the store, Chino Rio Ranch Market Manager and Employees did nothing, they witness my grandson getting harassed and NO ONE did a thing, they ignore this while my grandson was scared for his life, Thank God nothing bad happen. This Store is not a safe place to go to, the management does not care about keeping customers safe. If something would have happen to my grandson, I honestly swear, I would have had that man arrested put in jail for assaulting a minor and sued the Market for not keeping a safe environment. Very, Very UPSET at this Market.
