Fried chicken was more like jerk chicken it was so hard. Not fresh at all and they would not make anymore chicken until they sold that dried chicken. This has happened to me twice.

Quality is the best. And they dont give you any hassle..they usually make sure you are well satisfied when you check out.

I have been shopping Stator for close to 20 years. I mainly go for the meat department as it has some of the best cuts at reasonable pricing. I visited the Chino Stators to pick up some Ribeye steaks today 11/13/20. I found the meat department lacking in good availability and service. The meat in the case was limited in choice and cut poorly, fat is flavor I get it, but by the time I trimmed the fat a bit I was surprised at what was remaining to grill. Don’t get me wrong I will go to get meat at Stators . Just Not this Stators.

Very clean and pretty big for a stater bros. Lots of items can be found at a discount or coupon price. You can see the security measures taken to prevent theft. Most of all, the employees actually looked pretty happy. None of that Depressed grocery store employee look here. Overall, a positive environment for both customers and employees.

Its a great place to shop the produce are fresh the store is clean some of the workers seem to be frenflh but most arent when you ask for help the act like youre speaking another language from Mars or something other than that its a great place to shop. I love shopping at Stater Brothers. Every store is laid out in approximately the same fashion and things are pretty easy to find. Stater Brothers Chino is no exception. The employees are courteous and helpful and the store is very clean. This location is situated in the area where we live so it’s an easy drive there. I would definitely recommend checking out this Stater Brothers store.

Has a really good selection for being the neighborhood corner market. Lots of organic food and options for people who need a restricted diet (lactose intolerance, candida sugars, etc.).But I am getting really tired of the baggers. A few times Ive gone home to find things bagged weird, like boxes on top of hot dog buns so the buns are just squashed by the time I get them out. Theres been a few times (including today) Ive seen baggers just literally drop stuff into a bag and then toss the bag into the cart. There were EGGS in the bag. No one needs to be trained on how to handle eggs. If they cant bag groceries properly, they either arent smart enough for the job (which, wow) or they just dont care. Who wants to pay for some groceries to get messed up in the bags?If I make it home with a broken egg one more time, Im done with this store.

Went to Stater Brothers at the corner of Riverside and Yorba, one recent Sunday at 7:15AM. Store Manager John Green was guarding the front door, making up a rule that only 65 and older could enter. I saw many individuals claiming to be 65 or older being allowed in, although they didnt look 65 to me. Im 64, and also a Vietnam-era veteran. I was denied access to the store. I hope this negative publicity was worth it. If youre trying to increase sales, youre going about it the wrong way. Now you couldnt pay me to shop here. Im perfectly fine with helping to maintain Walmart as the largest retailer.

I live a short walk from my local Stater Brothers, I know most of the people that work there so Im a little biased. They are always friendly and helpful, prices at Stater Bros are reasonable as compared to other markets and I love the meat and vegetables departments.

I know where everything is at staters, so its easy to go run in and get what I need.

For the most part they are quick with their checkout so I am not wasting a lot of time in line. They also have really good deals on some things I need, but the only thing is that they dont always have it in stock. They are really good at giving rain checks. I find it to be a reasonably priced supermarket for the convenience.

Stater Bros keeps asking me to rate them every time I go to the grocery store. Ive never had a grocery store constantly bother an individual for a review everytime I go to the grocery store. Never took a school field trip there, thats for sure.

As a regular customer I was very disappointed. I was standing in line and the gentleman put his food on and I put a separate divider and put my food on which only had a couple things in the Robert where you put your food on going forward so one of my juices Fell over the Littles divide a marker on to another customers order and I kept hearing the Jennemann saying oh I don’t wanna rush I’m not gonna rush but it had nothing to do with me it was because the belt get rolling and then I told him I was like sorry I try to apologize to let him know that I wasn’t trying to rush him it was just the way it was but anyhow he came off at me talking about I’ve spent 20 years in prison and you don’t know who I am and the register lady Celis on 5/25/20 Did not say anything and as I was trying to get my juice and bring it back the only thing she can tell me ma’am get back on the X this guy threaten me in front of her talk disrespectful to me in front of her and the only thing that she was concerned about was the eggs then I noticed a lady barely walked out the door she had hot links that she realize that she didn’t get the hot she got the mail and as she a post to Manager 🍟did not say anything and as I was trying to get my juice and bring it back the only thing she can tell me ma’am get back on the X this guy threaten me in front of her talk disrespectful to me in front of her and the only thing that she was concerned about was the X then I noticed a lady barely walked out the door she had hotlinks that she realize that she didn’t get the hot she got the mail and as she opposed to Manager with a mask he kept backing away from her as if she had a disease I have never in my entire life experience experience that I had today the fact that I’m gonna send you work also but the respect level of this store is very disgusting .

I got some very poor quality meat. I intend to speak with the mgr. today about this. The smell and taste was funky. Much like that of the meat youd get at Superior Market.

Do not pre order anything from the deli! Multiple occasions I have pre ordered fried chicken for work potlucks and I give them a time and date to be ready. Every time I have come to pick up the order on my lunch break it’s never ready and they are barely dropping it. What was the point of me ordering ahead if you aren’t going to have it ready by the time we agreed upon. Not only are you messing with my hard worked money but you are also causing me to get documented for a unapproved extended lunch. Never again will I come back to this location.

This is a smaller Stater Bros. market but packed full of groceries. Employees are helpful and customer service oriented. Good sales this week. Cleo and Leo fried chicken is terrific.

Order 2 platters for 11:45, they werent ready til 12:45 and were not impressive for the price. Had to ask for gaps and scarce amounts of carrots and zucchini to be added to trays. Disappointed!
