I have a simi urgent situation, caused by me, but I really needed to at least talk to the DR. But this little skinny punk working in vision center wouldnt give the courtesy even asking what my issue was he just repeated were booked up and cant see you . Well Im in pain and this worm of a human being could care less. Ive been going to that vision center since I moved here 14 years ago and have never been treated cold and uncaring as I was today. The Dr. there is very nice and I am not saying anything bad about him but the staff I am .

The person (MH) I worked with was great, he call our provider to verify coverage, and took the extra time to replace a pair of broken glasses. Great job.

Joyce is so sweet and such a pleasure to work with! There was an issue with getting my contact prescription transferred and my visit took a little longer than anticipated, however Joyce really made it a good visit regardless! Id be happy to buy contacts from her again :)

This is my go to for contacts and glasses. Everyone is wonderful, and I have never had any issues even though I pay out of pocket for everything.

They have no idea what they are doing at this store. The manager is rude and not helpful. It took them 5 different visits to change a lens that was defective and then they ended up putting the old one back in! Do not recommend.
