Kirby, is one of the most knowledgeable sales people here. She cares about her customers and the products and services Go Race Inc provide. Not to mention, she had me and my husband laughing the whole time we were there. Definitely reccommend. 10/10 5 stars on yelp.

Great place to do business with!!!!Updating this review just to say that once again Go Race has impressed me with their service!! I had dropped something off and told them I was in no hurry to get it back, then a few days later I had to pass by their shop and called them the day before and explained that I would unexpectedly be in the area and if they could get the job done. Of course they stepped up and made sure I didnt have to make an extra trip!!I highly recommend!!

I previously reviewed with 5 stars. This was before I got a second opinion. As a new rider, I bought an 83 honda nighthawk 550. It had been sitting for years and I knew it needed new tires and a good look over before I could think of riding it. Carlos was friendly and communicated with me in a timely manner. After tire installation and a $1200 estimate, I decided to get a second opinion. Tires werent installed correctly as they werent sealed around the rim and would not hole air. Half of the things I got an estimate for, I didnt need. I feel like they tried to take advantage. As a new rider I was very discouraged and almost sold the bike before even getting to ride it. Thankfully I found someone else who worked with me and was honest about what I needed to get it on the road. I will not return to go race!

Carlos was very knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the selection of 4 wheelers. Nice bikes and cool helmets inside. We did purchase a 4 wheeler here. Very happy.

Ordered an Ohlins shock for my dirtbike. I sent them a message and they worked with me and set it up for my weight and specifications and gave me a great deal too. Shipped same day as well. Great service and fast responses. Highly recommend for purchasing suspension components!

I had the opportunity to check out their new location, and was duly impressed with the organization and selection of their showroom. Their shop area was clean and neat and of course their staff was courteous and knowledgeable. GO RACE!!!

Go Race is a wonderful shop with technicians you can trust to fix what needs fixing without trying to drain your bank account. Brought an old 81 Yamaha 250 there to be brought back to life. Sentimental reasons. And Bob made sure I knew all the joys of it coming back...he even called just to let me hear it run for the first time! Fine folks, jobs well done, and they look after you. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have token my bike there 3 times for the same thing a it’s not fixed and today it will not start and they try to get me to pay more I do not recommend

Five stars. I was on a motorcycle tour with a stop in Blacksburg when I noticed my chain was way loose. I called the shop at 3pm, they got me right in, replaced the chain and had me out the door by 4:30. Saved my trip with great service and a fair price. Highly recommended.

Great place. Talked with Jacob for a while on sat. I did not get the name of the other two gentlemen but very knowledgeable and great to talk to. Would recommend for anything you need done to your bike or just to ask questions.

Been here a couple of times. Awesome people, straight forward, reasonable prices. I normally work on all my own stuff, but when it comes to something I dont feel like doing, or dont have the proper equipment to make it an easy task, it will come here. Just had a new set of tires and tubes installed on my cruiser, drove it home in the rain and then gave it a once over in the shop, just double checking everything and they did a perfect job. I searched for a while, reading reviews, etc before I decided to use Go-Race. There are a lot of horror stories from the few other local bike shops, so I was scared to death to bring my stuff anywhere local, but I am glad I brought it here. These guys are straight up. I have no problems recommending them. They also have a great selection of used bikes, new dirt bikes, etc.

I would definitely recommend Go Race... I took a four wheeler there for some work and wasnt totally satisfied when i got it home i think it was due to a misunderstanding while communicating I jumped to conclusions and wrote them a poor review late one night. First thing the next morning the owner himself Travis called me wanting to know what happened and what he could do to make it right. He didnt do this because of a poor review he didnt even mention that part He done it out of genuine concern !! He could have easily blown me off because i havent been a regular customer there (I will be a regular customer here on out) but he chose to reach out instead. Im not going to go through all the details, but Ive never been more impressed by someones actions to make me a happy customer. I would recommend anyone who needs maintenance or custom aftermarket parts and installation to do yourself a favor and check out Travis and Go Race..... not to mention their large selection of bikes for sale !!

Great place. Theyve helped me find parts for my bike and have hooked me up with good deals on motorcycle accessories. Theyll recognize you coming in after the first time and are good guys, Ill keep coming back.

These guys are very professional. It took a while to fix my four wheeler due to parts issues out of there control. They were upfront and honest and very reasonable with the prices of the labor involved. They took pictures of the issues as they found them and updated me on the progress of the repair. I will use them anytime I need four wheeler repair.

When you go here the people that help you are so kind, they do what they can for you and find you the cheapest parts you need for replacing on any kind of scooter or motorcycle. They know just about all there is to know about anything you can think of when it comes to their profession also they make haste when fixing/building something. I got my oil changed there and he said around 30 minutes and I got a call 20 minutes later saying that my scooter was done and ready to go all for a cheap price.

Harleys are welcome.I am visiting in the area and needed new tires for my Softail Heritage Classic. I called on a Monday and Jacob ordered the exact tires I wanted at a very good price. I brought my bike in the next day at noon, and picked it that afternoon.Very happy with the whole experience. The shop has a good vibe and the staff are knowledgable and friendly.I will definitely go back whenever I am in the area and recommend you give them a try.

Called go race to get a tire tube size 2-15-16 and they said they had four in stock soon went there an they didnt have that size in stock it was poor management an poor customer service I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone I recommend learn your bike and how to service your bike yourself because they are of no help

Very professional and friendly. They do more than you ask for and its great!

They got my Ducati monster up and running again after it had a fire due to wiring shorting out. It was not a easy job but they did not complain, they actually was excited to take on the challenge. I would write more, but its time to ride.
